Shriram Chits — delay in payment after bidding

Dear sir,
I v raghasudha customer of shriram chits in kothagudem branch chit no:80018/12. My documents verification completed on[protected] after my vigorous followup due to urgent need, but till now not credit in my account (I told to them before[protected] to be credit). Today during my inquiry they were (Kgm office) told 3more days will take to credit amount. I felt very sad because they are telling answer very casual way, they don't bother about my necessity. Please give reply to me immediately.
