Shriram Chits — Delay in processing loan and executive is not showing interest to make it happen on time.

Hi Sriram Chits,

We have started processing loan request since 1 and half month, since then we are facing so many issues with the executive(). Since the loan is taking in a village and im at HYD the executive under the impression that this villagers dont know anything and he is taking unuusal execuses to delay the process and he is giving priority to his personal works, everytime when we call him he says "iam at home, iam attending meeting ... and so on" we are completely got fed up with this guy. If we question him seriuosly he saying you wont get loan, he taking the advantage of village people in all the ways.

he says one day and takes almost a week to complete on work.

Finally we have mortgaged our land one week ago and we haven't received sanctioned amount cheque.

He is not all customer friendly and no respect to customers.

Request you to take this on priority as we have approached for loan for urgent purpose but if this goes like this we loose trust with sriram chits.

One of the worst chit fund company in which ther are no benifits to the customers. My mom was a victim for this and has suffered a lot through the agents. For 10 lak chit we have received 4 lak in hand and 2 laks was taken by shriram chit fund agents as commission for being mediators to get the money from company.
