Shriram Chits — Misplaced my empty cheques and pressing me for cash regarding loan in shriram chits ongole branch of andhra pradesh

Without request from my side, only basing on my previous loan history in shriram chits, ongole branch, they sanctioned me 100000/- loan and they took blank cheques. Through the cheques they debiting loan amount from my bank account. Later they forced me for cash payment why because they misplaced my empty cheques and forcing me for payment. I replied them in my bank account sufficient money is there, hence draw through that cheques or otherwise return back my cheques then only i will pay the installment money. But they filed court case against me and also compelled the persons who given surety to me. Is this genuine?

Updated by Thonas I took loan from shariram chits In ongole branch, they took empty cheques for EMI, later asked me cash. I asked my cheque return to pay cash.They simply told misplace the cheques.if they give my cheques i can pay the cash. they filed court case against me. the circumstances explained above i submit a complaint 2take furter action

I took loan from shariram chits In ongole branch, they took empty cheques for EMI, cheques were misplaced by them and hence I was pressed for cash payment i can't trust them 2give cash without get back my cheques.they filed case against me.

Hence the circumstances explained above take appropriate action against them
