 The ‘prize amounts’ should be paid immediately after furnishing security.
 The relevant Act did not grant any time for payment, after furnishing security.
 The District Consumer Forum, Kadapa too has affirmed this.
 It is only M/s Margadasi Chit Fund company that is paying the ‘prize amounts’ on time and also had committed for payment of interest @12%PA from the date of furnishing security in the event of any delay.
 Almost all other Chit Fund companies, to be specific, M/s Shreeram and M/s Kapil are unlawfully detaining the prize amounts for a month or so.
 It is for the subscriber to protect his legitimate right by demanding immediate payment of the ‘prize amount’ after furnishing a satisfactory security.
 Urgent need for a SUO MOTU probe.

చట్టప్రకారం మనం సరైన సెక్యూరిటీ ఇచ్చాక కంపెనీ వాళ్ళు మనకు వెంటనే డబ్బులు చెల్లించాలి. ఒక్క మార్గదర్శి కంపెనీ మాత్రం సరైన సమయంలో డబ్బులు చెల్లిస్తూ వస్తూ వున్నది. మిగతా కంపెనీలు, దాదాపుగా అన్నీ, ఉదాహరణకు శ్రీరాం, కపిల్ రెండు తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల వ్యాప్తంగా, ఆమాట కొస్తే వారి బ్రాంచిలన్నింటిలో, అవి ఎక్కడున్నాసరే, సరైన సెక్యూరిటీ సమర్పించిన తర్వాత కూడా, దాదాపు ఒక్క నెల సమయం తీసుకుంటున్నాయి. ఇది చట్ట రీత్యా నేరం. చట్టవిరుద్ధంగా, వుద్దేశ్య పూర్వకంగా, ఒక్క నెల రోజుల పాటు మన సొమ్ము వారి వద్ద వుంచుకొని, దాని మీద వడ్డీ సంపాయించుకుంటూ, అక్రమార్జన చేసుకుంటున్నాయి ఆ కంపెనీలు. వెంటనే చెల్లించకుండా జాప్యం జరిగినందుకుగాను శ్రీరాం ఛిట్స్ వారికి వినియోగదారుల ఫోరం జరిమానా కూడా విధించింది.

కావున వినియోగారులందరూ మేల్కొని మీరు సరైన సెక్యూరిటీ సమర్పించిన వెంటనే డబ్బులు చెల్లించమని డిమాండ్ చెయ్యండి. ఇది చట్టరీత్యా మీ హక్కు. మీ హక్కును మీరు పరిరక్షించుకోండి. మోసం చేస్తున్న చిట్ ఫండ్ కంపెనీల ఆటల్ని కట్టించండి.

మోసం చేస్తున్న చిట్ ఫండ్ కంపెనీల పైన ప్రభుత్వం సత్వరం చర్యలు తీసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం వున్నది.
