Greetings,

I have apersonal Loan with Shriram Finance, Rajampet Branch, Kadapa Dist, Andhra Pradesh- 516115.

My loan EMI was bounced for last month. Remaining all the past EMIs are paid on time and nothing is pendign other than last EMI.

Today, i received a call from ( +91 [protected]) one of the executives Mr. Siva for collection of EMI due. I requested him that i will pay the same by saturday i.e. 21st Sep 2019. Then he asked me to talk to his manager. I said ok and he handed over the phone to Mr. Chendrayudu, Branch Manager, Rajampet, Kadapa Dist, AP-516115.

I again requested Mr. Chendrayudu, that i will pay the amout my saturday as i am not at my home and out for Indore.

He started yelling at me using abusive words, very rude and harsh behaviour and shouting saying i will not give you one single hour time. you took the loan you pay it immidiately. I told him again that i am not in the town out for Indore. My monthly transaction limit of my savings account is also over even to transfer the money as i am constructing home.

Again he started shouting at me saying : YOU ARE CONSTRUCTING HOME AND ENJOYING. YOU SHOULD PAY THE MONEY IMMIDIATELY. WE ARE GOING YOUR HOME AND SIT THERE TILL THE TIME WE RECEIVE THE MONEY. IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT YOUR RESIDENCE, WE WILL GO AND SIT IN THE GUARANTOR'S HOME. I KNOW HOW TO GET THE MONEY FROM YOU.

I tried stopping him and informed him how he is yelling at me and how i am requesting. Then again the answe from Chendrayudu, Branch Manager is : I AM LIKE THIS ONLY. MY BEHAVIOUR IS LIKE THIS ONLY. MY LANGUAGE IS ALSO LIKE THIS ONLY AND I WILL SPEAK LIKE THIS TILL TIME YOU PAY THE MONEY.

I wonder, for one single EMI which is due, he is showing such harsh and rude behaviour. I believe he is also speakning in a same manner with all the customers and not a deserving candidate for the role he is in.

My sincere request and demand an enquiry on this and take action.

I believe no organisation will encourage such behaviour from any employee which may lead damage of the organisation reputation.
Again i promise that i will pay the due amount by Saturday i.e.[protected].

I'm dinesh kumar from sholavandhan. I have personal loan for rs 50000 at sholavandhan branch. L had completed 2 emi but now ecs account number blocked so 3 emi amount paid in advance to direct branch so branch side not proper response. And customer care number only for call going not working so pls call me your customers care and help me. I have already send the mail but not proper solution

My scooter was financed by shriram city finance. Now, i am moving to mumbai due to work transfer and i need noc from durgapur rto, west bengal to carry the scooter to mumbai. I filled up form 28 for noc and there is a section for consent from the financer. I contacted shriram city finance and they told that they will not provide consent. So, i will not be able to get the noc as per rto rules. Can you please help me?
If govt. Knows that the financer will not give consent, then why they are putting such things in the noc form. How a financer can refuse to provide consent?
Your urgent intervention required.

Please provide us noc for og[protected]-00001322, as our discussion with manager munikishore at nellore branch on[protected], we cleared our policy with demanded amount 20000 before our policy period. He said that he will issue noc document in 15 days we didn't received yet. Beyond that we are getting messages from you to pay the amount and for that the cheques are bouncing. We didn't expect this from the trusted company.

I have taken loan in 2015 (Loan rs. 350000) and paying interest regularly. Out of total 9 packets renewals, i have paid interest for 7 1/2 packets and renewed in april/may'19. As i was out of city because of project work i delayed the payment & came back on 26.08.19 morning. Immediatley i have visited your habsiguda branch on 26.08.19 and contacted mr. Ratnamai (New branch manager) and said i will be paying the amount on 27.08.19 (Next day). He was talking to me in such a rude/careless manner and not at all cooperative & supportive also. End of over conversation inspite of serveral requests also, he was threatening me and saying that packets are already sent for auction. Even he was expecting for bribe from myside to hold this auction & doing a big favor to me. When i said i need atleast the next level official whom i can discuss, he said you go to anyone, nothing you can do it.

I have taken loan of rs. 3.5 lakhs and paid interest only more than rs. 4.5 lakhs plus to your company. I am ready to pay the interest and go for renewal but i am not in a position to loose my packets (Its my life & death question). I really appreciate and need a big support from your higher official who can help me out in getting all my packets renewals.

Their is a lot things need to say about this new branch manager, but writing shortly.

Please look into this matter and help me out. Appreciate for your quick response.

Hi manoranjan this side. All pending emi had already been paid on time but i am not getting noc even after submitting my brother's death certificate. Your executives are making me fool. So many visits are already been made in office. I want to draw your kind attention that the vehicle was registered on my elder brothers name mr. Gyan. He expired in a road accident in july 2018. Death certificate submitted to palwal office but i did not get noc yet

Dear sir i had my case closed, but manpreet sir who sees the loan of two wheelers, he has not closed, my for closer my forcloser is after 3 month but my loan is its going on due to which i am facing every month fine shriram city and my bank account and my cibil score is down month by month please i requst you my solve this problem your regdrs thanx

There was a loan issued on my motorbike no uk18F4887.. And all the installment have been paid.. The last installment paid in June 2019..

I applied the NOC in kashipur branch through usman ali on 9th July but still I have not received my NOC
Please advise how soon I will get theNOC.

I had a two wheeler loan from sri ram finance from ludhiana punjab which had 2 year tenure. I cleared the last 6 months installments all together and had an personal loan from your company again of rs 50000. The company has not given me the noc of the last loan which i cleared and moreover still the installment is deducting from my account.in last month statement of my hdfc bank account the ecs is regularly bouncing, kindly update the same complaint n resolve my problem. My name is mohankumar i have purchased two wheeler in 2011 my vehicle number is tn 37 bm 6051. Rc book and noc letter not yet received from shriram city union finance. There is no reply from this company. Resently i say one person she is working in this concern but he is also noreplay please give me solution for the above mentioned matter.

I got call from customer care regarding life insurance policy without my confirmation policy has been issued. And emi has started. When i told them to cancel the policy i was told it cannot be cancel.
Now i got one more call for insurance renewal of my car which was about to expire on 1 july 2019
I informed them that i have already renewed my insurance before 1july 2019
Still they issued new policy today i got a message regarding policy.
When i went to shriram finance office mohol 413213
Mr. Shankar rao was rude saying its not our work to cofirm that u have renewed your policy or not.
It was really embarrassing and insulting in fornt of all, the way he was talking to customers

Not a single emi has been bounce till now.
If your company and staff like shankar rao behave like this, than i will close down all my loan and won't do any transaction in future or advice other not to prefer shriram finance.
If no action taken than i ll prefer going consumer court.

18/06/2019 I call customer care service and i ask why delay that loan credit...and also i Inform not intimate any update from backend.. ( feedback and complaint for delay) suddenly night 7 o clock across executive called to me and she's said she's AGM (Cuddalore) was said to him there is no loan for that person (me ) why complaint raised against that team so u can't avail that loan .., executive says above like

Hai, am ANUMULA MAHESH BABU I have taken a two wheeler loan from you on Jan 2018 my loan number is

It is completed on 06 06 2019

And my loan EMI date is every month on 5th. I paid every month EMI before on 5th.i will get salary on last day of every month mean 31st, 30 alikes. I used to pay every month EMI before the time.i paid 8 EMI'S through your SHRIRAM CITY app from Google Play Store before 5th. I got every month call from your employee for enquiring about EMI payment.He didn't discussed that makes you check bounces.Totally I paid 8 EMI'S through your SHRIRAM CITY APP from Google Play Store.it made me 8 cheque bounces each cheque bounce charged me 500, 8*500=4000 & bank charges for one EMI cheque bounce 250, 250*8=2000.
I paid 2000/- which is charged by bank. But I don't wanted to pay 4000/- which charged by you. Even there is no single statement in your agreement paper, that if selected EMI payment from bank account that should be debited from your account only. So it's not my mistake it's your agreement mistake, your employees mistakes, even he did not discussed whenever making agreement.

So here, my intention is please clear my over charged amount of 4000/- which is charged by you as soon as possible.if not, I will proceed with legally by the Law.

I had taken 2 wheeler loan in shriram city finance on nov 2015, i am cleared the loan in 2017 feb 7th in cheque amount of 33300 full payment, i am applying for noc there are telling to pay od, cheque bounce, arrears etc, on that date day rs 2000, now they asking for rs 6000 for noc, my vehicle number ka 05 jq 7532 engine got seed, i want sell my vehicle to showroom, they are asking noc, please give me justice for me.
