My scooter was financed by shriram city finance. Now, i am moving to mumbai due to work transfer and i need noc from durgapur rto, west bengal to carry the scooter to mumbai. I filled up form 28 for noc and there is a section for consent from the financer. I contacted shriram city finance and they told that they will not provide consent. So, i will not be able to get the noc as per rto rules. Can you please help me?

Please provide us noc for og[protected]-00001322, as our discussion with manager munikishore at nellore branch on[protected], we cleared our policy with demanded amount 20000 before our policy period. He said that he will issue noc document in 15 days we didn't received yet. Beyond that we are getting messages from you to pay the amount and for that the cheques are bouncing. We didn't expect this from the trusted company....
