I have taken personal loan from Shriram finance. Before starting EMI, I have contracted with shri ram company that I shall pay EMI from bank account and I paid the EMI regularly for few months. Due to some issues with my bank account I am not able to deposit the amount to bank. So, I requested shriram finance that I will pay the money via direct cash and the Manager for the Gudur branch is also accepted for the same. But problem occurs here, even though I paid the amount regularly but Sriram finace started withdrawing money through the cheque from the account. so at the last shriram finance charges me the cheque bounce charges also.

can you please help me on this.

I was offered 50k loan from credit mantri in shriram chits and the offer is to pay 5k/month for 12months=60k. But i got the cheque of 48160, those shriram fools looted the 1840 rupees. Recently on 11/16/2018 i was offered 1 lakh loan with a rate of interest of 24% per year. Sudha (Shriram staff) said that 1% processing fee and 500 for documentation and insurance charges. So total of 98500 i would get the cheque. However after submitting all the required documents and also a government secuirty. My loan was delayed and after the loan approval today sudha informing me that when i asked about the cheque amount i would get. Sudha changed her version saying 2% processing fee, 18% gst and etc etc... They just loot the customers. Falthu service does not follow any banking norms and worst staff.

Dear sir i am rakesh i had taken a 2 wheeler loan in 2015 and its cleared in 2016 on time i am submit my rc photo copy on your employe and then he said your noc will send your default address as yo mention in your rc in 1 month after 1 month i am asking him to about my noc status then he said i don't know now what i am doing now i wants to sell my vehicle so kindly issue the noc letter vehicle details are hr 35l 0827 rakesh s/o amar singh vill - budhwal, teh - narnaul, distt - mohindergarh (Hr.) 123023

I am also experiencing the same problem now. I have given them the checks and amount was not debited (Due date was 7 and till 15), when i called and clarified, they said me to pay in cash and i had been paying in cash for last 5 month. Suddenly today[protected] a guy went to my home and asking my parents to pay the due amount without calling me or intimating me anything. When i clarified with him, he said he is calling to my old mobile number which is not is service for past 2 years. When i asked him why he didnt call me to correct mobile number which they are doing for past 5 months, he said he is not updated. Pathetic experience.

Note: they didn't return my checks yet.

Then im tell her my a/c balance 2400 something[protected]/[protected] same balance my a/c sp what the resone not deduct my money . its not my failed.[protected]yesterday Im going Ur Madyamgram Branch & Pay by cash mode my emi money receipte no 1000694. Today Again Deduct the emi money my a/c. why im facing the problem.

I have availed personal loan from your Akola (Maharashtra ) of Rs. 3 Lakh.
I have been informed about the interest rate to be around 17%. But after availing loan the interest rate charged is around 22% without informing me. The manager there never called me for mentioning so high interest rate.I have been paying installment regularly but incurring huge loss.
They have actually cheated me at the name of company

I want to register a complaint against Shriramcity as I am receiving unwanted calls and messages asking for some person named Nagabhushanam whom I don't even know.

I guess this person have taken some loan from this firm.I absolutely have no idea how my phone number had got added in their database.These people keep me bugging inspite of many warnings i gave them to update the corresponding phone number of that very person Mr. Nagabhushanam.

Everytime I get a call from them I make a comment to update the correct phone number but these guys are so irresponsible and I wonder how they are not getting time on the face of earth to update a bloody small telephone number in their records?.These calls are annoying me a lot and the problem is same since more than an year.

Kindly, take necessary action on this.

Please help me. A lady named Anita Sharma call me and told to send documents for loan. I have an urgent requirement of loan. So I send her my documents. The mail id was Shri.[protected]@financier.com. Then she again called me and told that you are eligible for 4.5 lakhs loan. Then told me to send 4000 for file creation. Then I send. Then again told to send 7500 as NOC Charges. Then I sent 7000 and 500 from two different accounts. Then she told the payment is invalid.send the amount in 1 shot. Then again I sent RS 7500 in 1 shot. Then she told that your account has not transaction of 5 lakh. So you have to create a transaction id. Then told me to deposit Rs. 3775 .Then I deposited . Then they told that the payment was received in company account. You have to deposit the amount in authorised authority account. Then again I deposited. After that they didn't rcv call from my number .. if I call from another number they received the call and after listening my name they disconnect the call. And didn't reply my msgs and mails. Their contact numbers are [protected], [protected]. Both the numbers are now switched off. And a number is ringing and that number is [protected]. Pls help me as I am very poor. I have given them the all money by borrowing from a money lender in 20% per month interest. Pls help me as soon as possible.plz

I had purchased a two wheeler (HERO HONDA KARIZMA) with financial help from Shriram.
I have repaid the entire loan in time with interest. I would like sell the old vehicle to a
known customer. NOC from Shriram is necessary for the purpose of transfer of ownership.

My agreement number is SCDHED[protected]. I was paid down payment for splendor plus As per agreement 2355*24=56520 total amount. I have paid all reaming payment regularly but I can see here
Total loan amount goes 86030. I have visited a local branch at Shriram City Union Finance mukhed dist Nanded Maharashtra. I visited there regarding bike NOC they staff not telling about this issue
They said it will take 40 days for NOC and cheque bounced that’s why amount goes high only one-time cheque goes bounce. I saw I put saved money in the bank account but monthly debited pending from bank side that’s not my mistake
Mukhed branch staff not helping out for the same they are not serious about that. Having a problem with a service can be frustrating. When you’re trying to resolve a problem with a company, the first step should be to discuss your concerns with a representative of the business. If a phone call or email doesn’t resolve the problem, please look at this issue.

This person's language was so bad that we could not able to bear the my father and mother also talked with
Him.
He was talking in such a worst language that we could not bear it i'm attaching the audio recording which he was
Talking to this mail and also the screenshot of the call data.
We had called to mr. Vsn mallikharjuna rao challapalli branch manager about this he said he was unaware of
This he doesn't knew that the agent was calling him
My question is why the company persons do not pass information among them
We formally send a mail regarding this issue u should have send me reply by mail that you cant give time for the
Emi payment
Is there any guide line that if there will be pending in emi the collection agent has the right to speak in what ever
Worst language he want to speak that may be with male or female.
In spite of informing through mail about the situation why the persons are calling and harassing us

Now we want to my loan statement for submitting our company income tax returns. When i ask to branch manager for loan statement he told me we can’t give statement. So please help me about this issue.

My self naresh ramesh kaulekar emp id mn00239 resign on july 2018. I have given 1month notice period but i have not recived my salary for 21-30 th of 10 days, even i have not received my 2month incentives for the month of april 2019&may2019 respectively, also i have to receive my leave payment, i also asked for form 16 which i have not received yet i also spoken to hr regarding this she replies i will be getting this very soon as she forwarded the mail to chennai off my relieving letter also not issued yet reason i asked she replies the same"bheja hai aya nahi abhi" the last of filing of itr was on 31st aug 2018. Why this all happens because i have left the company in proper manner did i have done something wrong in my 4yrs carriers in the company did anyone having complaint about me, did i have done any wrong doing with my job, any customers having any complaint about me that i have done any illegal activity in the name of company.
I have joined company in 02/05/2014 as a recovery & verification executive. Then in 01/12/2016 i got promoted to team leader recovery and the problem started from then onwards company given me the promotion but they have not increase my salary i have spoken to all seniors including agm sandeep bangad all them i have told me it will be done from april2018 7 i will get arrears from dec2016 but it was not happen till i left the company in april they i increase the salary as per every year increment but not promotion salary as per my post when i have asked about this to my seniors they told me"tumhe incentive bahot aati hai na phir salary kyo badhani chahiye aur kitna bhadegi"still i have continued with the company looking for my future in company this year in june 2019 suddenly our management haved decided to scrap the post of team leader (Asst. Recovery manager) and we have informed to do sales n recovery for auto for which we have not received any letter of change of designation or change of role in the company from then seniors started pressurising for sales n recovery in the month of may 2019 i have auto recovery allocation in my name but in june 2019 i have no allocation means no job for me and the company not given any letter regarding my job role then one of my dm mr. Raghvendra umrani told me that he will give the the post of abm to kankon branch (Attached location) n he dont want me to leave the job and he forwarded the mail regarding this which he showed to me in which other names are also included such as alok tiwari for bm margao brach. Mahesh naik for bicholim branch (Attached location). After few days he told me due to transfer issue from auto product to tw product the management not agry to give noc for the same. As per my salary slip n portal record its no were mention that company have changed my prodect or job role for tw or for auto for which again i m mentioning i have not received any letter so i have no choice to leave the job and i have resign from my post though i have never think of leaving the job still i have eager to work with the company again in july month i have offered by swami sir the dm of non-hp have offered me n also clear for transfer from auto to non-hp product from management he promissed me to give post of either recovery head /abm i also ready for the same but in last he wants me to work as a sales executive for which i m not ready to also i have been offered for hard bucket collection executive for tw product by our dm raghvendra umrani sir n cluster head for tw hard bkt vikram olekar sir. But i have not ready to step down i suffered a lot during my 4 yrs in the company i have to travel 120km every day to reach at the off from my residence7 back plus travel to field even when i lost my father in dec 2016 which was my 1st month in panajim branch i have return to work on 3rd day for my closing to know my responsiblity i have given everything to the company even i have to ignore my family during those days in end what i got nothing n i have to struggle for getting my relieving, form16, incentives for which i have really work hard for, my few days salary. Almost my carrier i have lost trying to get out of it its all because of our management who never thought of people like me n families we have to look for also not provided us with better replacement option and almost destroyed my carriers n people like me i am atleast try to express but lots of people still suffers for wrongly taken decision from management n not given opportunity to check the ability of the employees.

full due amount for last November 2017 but still not provide my rc book and kattumanarkovil branch manager don't respect customer and I was first complaint for customer care last April but not solve problems and 27 August Sri finance head office also I complaint through phone call and I have Audio track please solve this problem and give me my rc book

My self Pratima Rath agreement on BUNESTW[protected] DT-27/10/2016 was availed a loan of₹44000(forty four thousand rupees) only &successfully timely paid your EMI. But during the courses first two EMI collected by bank cheques. After that your collection agent collected from my door. At that time I always & every time advice &request him to collect my EMI through bank for my CIBL score but he doesn't do so. After a long intervals your one of Executive contact over phone tell me that you are successfully timely paid your EMI .So ours institution interested to give a small business loan to you.If you are interested submitted the requisite papers .I have submitted all requisite accordingly. After five days I contact over phone about the loan proceedings. But he told me that your area not coming ours geo region.Therefore I request you your good offices officiallzing looks above matters needful.

Sir my payment due from sri ram city finance and sri ram city finance company not payment my extra emi my loan amount is clear 1 emi extra goes to sri ram city finance. My loan no is cdkaitw[protected]. A lot of time i am going ur kaithal branch dhad road but not found results of my problem. They said all time that the complaint is under process and take me a time. This happened a lot time but ihave no resolution found. So please do needful.

I new loan holder of sriram finance through your representative mr ashish (Mob no [protected]). He told me original rc has given after deducting two installment. During this period my vehicle documents is being checked by police then what i do???
Is your representative stand by favour of me and discuss with them. Who is responsible for harassment of that time??? The whole responsibility is sriram city union finance ltd.
