Respected sir,

This is to request you that i was working with shriram city union finance limited from about 2 years ago from ferozpur branch as credit incharge and my employee code was nd784.

Sir after six months of my joining i was transferred to ludhiana zonal office by mr. Avinash and mr. Narinder. Sir ludhiana is 150 kms away from ferozpur and i had to travel from ferozpur to ludhiana everyday for the job and my salary was only 9, 000. I was given no expense for this cause however mr. Narinder approved expense of 3500/- rs of a employee of amritsar who was just transferred to 50 kms away that is jallandhar.

Sir i discussed about this problem with our hr mrs. Sonia. She said that she can't do anything and advised me to left the job and harrassed me in many ways by the saying of mr. Narinder and mr. Avinash. Sir during the time of my transfer i requested to mr. Avinash that my family is totally dependant on me. My mother is suffering from depression and my father is suffering from one sided eye blindness. Sir after all these problems i came to ludhiana and continued my job. After my transfer to ludhiana even i was not given any work regarding my job. Even i was stopped from doing some types of work and i was not invited in many credit meetings. This is totally haraasment.

Sir i was marked absent several times with no reason however i was present on my job when i was marked absent. Proof attached in this mail. Mr. Narinder ordered mr. Vijay not to handover any work or not to give any kind of work to me sir. Proof is attached sir. After that during my job days when i was unable to travel regularly i decided to take a house on rent and i took a house on rent at 3500/- rent. After that mr. Narinder told me to provide the rentdeed for the approval. I had no money even to arrange for the rentdeed sir and i was compelled to take the money from one of my friend for which i also was not paid anything. I provided the rentdeed in march and nothing was done for the approval till 9 may. Rent-deed also attached.

Sir i faced these harrassments due to these three seniors sir. Mr. Avinash mr. Narinder and mrs. Sonia. These three are using their power and designation in a very wrong way. This can happen to anyone. I was forced to quit the job sir due to these circumstances.

Please do something for nobody should suffer these problems which i suffered during my job time. I have attached some documents for the proof sir. Atlast i want to thank mr. Amit gupta who was very supportive to me. He helped me a lot. I will be thankful to him for the rest of my life.

Sir i need proper justice from your side. Please do the needful

    No proper response and customer service. Udhaya customer service executive (Udhayapriya. [protected]@shriramcity.com / no:[protected]) she is very irresponsible, she could not keep her promises, her manager is very irresponsible too. I paid a emi with cheque during the month of december 2016, unfortunately the sign mismatched and my check returned, but i got that information after three months, exactly after paying january and february month emi. I asked collection executive directly about, why the emi hasn't deducted from my account, and i asked udhaya, customer service executive, through phone about this, but she informed me that there is no problem with the payment and no outstanding payments.. Then later after three months, in the month of march 2017, the collection executive asked me pay two emi, i asked him why and he said, march months emi and one more previous month was pending. Can you believe it, she (Udhaya, customer service executive) informing me about the payment issue, after paying two emi. What kind of service is shriram city union is providing? And why should i have to pay the late payment charges for shriram's employee's fault? I talked with the shriram city union manager ([protected], don't remember his name) of ambatture branch, previous once, when i have had issues with ecs form, same thing there, no proper customer service, informed me about the ecs cancelled issue after three months, this happened twice, so i had to talk to the manager and he gave me a word that, any information regarding the payment or my loan will be informed in 15 days. He was not very polite and not talking in a professional manner too. This udhaya, who has to inform me about the details, is working directly under his team and in the same office. So where is the promise the manager made, about information will passed to the customer in 15 days?. I paid all my emi's and two months back (August month 2017) i submitted the form to get my bike papers and noc, udhaya told me it will take 20 days to get it and once she received it, she will inform me. It's been more than two months and i have not got the papers and i went directly to the office to ask about my bike paper's status, the manager informed me, the concerned staff is in medical leave, and he doesn't know the status of the application! He is the manager right? He was very much interested in pointing to his staffs and he is not taking responsibility for his subordinates. He didn't even try to check the status of my application. While i was talking to him, i noticed two other customers were complaining about the same issue, that they haven't got the original bike papers even after 6 months from applying for it. The manager was very unprofessional. He was saying, udhaya (Customer service executive) is the person handling the application for bike papers, and i should ask her. Udhaya is in medical leave, that was the information, the manager gave me. I mean, does she was in leave for two months? Why can't some other employee take her work too and help the customer?. This is very bad service. I complained twice about this udhaya ([protected]) to the same ambattur branch manager and he didn't take any actions and he is not taking responsibility for his subordinates too. He talked to me in unprofessional manner. I asked him about his reporting manager details, because i felt my issue is not solved and i lost hope in the ambattur branch manager ([protected]) but he was very arrogant and he told, he won't give the details. This is not the best organisation manner. A manager behaving like this is very much irresponsible. Few days back, i once again submitted the application form to get my bike papers. Last friday (20/10/2016) i got a call from udhaya saying that, i have to pay rs500 for cheque return charges. Then only i will get my bike papers. What is this? For the cheque return happened on (26/12/2016), shriram city employee is informing me on (20/10/2017). What kind of service is shriram providing? I asked udhaya, why are you informing now? And why didn't you inform me at that time or while i submitted the application form first time two months back or while i gave the application form for the second time, few days back? She has no answer! I asked her, that i want to talk to the manager. But she didn't give and she she told manager won't talk about this issue. Then finally she told, manager will call me tomorrow (21/10/2017). I have received a call from manager or udhaya at least yet, it's 25/10/2017. Still no response from shriram city union employees!! This is the service you are providing. No responsibility at all. So the people from complaints department at least please take some responsibility and look into these kind of employees.. Worst manager ever. Irresponsible, un professional, no organisation manner. Can't even correct one of his direct subordinate. Really sorry to say it, but worst kind of service by shriram city union finance

I have huge balance in my account but i don't know why my check is bounce?? & i didn't get any oral call from either branch nor customer care. Now one of your cc person told me i should pay 500+45 for check bounce & late charge. No one is respond shriram team. Pls solve the issue

        This is purely harassment by three seniors.
        I want proper justice from your side as i gave resign due to these three seniors as they forced me to do it. Please do the needful help.

        Dear Sir / Mam,

        Seniors are using their power in a wrong way and if they are treating employees in this way then a strict action should be taken against them.
        Before any transfer TED or vertical head should confirm that employee that is he agreed or not with his transfer.
        I want proper justice from your side as i gave resign due to these thred seniors as they forced me to do it. Please do the needful.

          Hi

          I am mukesh pathania one of the victim of shri ram city finance. I had taken 35000/- rs loan in january 2017 and by ecs they were charging me 2100/- per month, period of loan was for 24 month, as they were charging very high rate of interest so i decided to forclose this account, i visited the branch on 2nd august and paid 28300/ cash and closed my account, they asked me to clear august month payment by ecs i authorised,, and even i got noc later as well,

          But drama comes from here

          I recieved a message on my mobile on 25th august that next installment will also get debit on 7th september, i immediately called to branch and informed,, after that i did not get any response from them, i sent and email to shriram city then i recieved a call from one executive and he said u can do stop payment, but it is not a cheque where i could go and ask my bank to stop the payment, it is ecs and it can be stop by only shriram city. But executive told me to draw out the cash from bank and get ecs bounce this time and for future they will take care and they wil not charge the bouncing charge, i did same and on 7th september in my account there was only 1000 rs so i was ready to for cheque bounce. But on 12 september i added some money in my bank and shriram city charged me on 12 september from my bank.

          Now i am taking off from my office to resolve the issue every time getting same response that its under process and i will get the refund of my money.. I am a diabetic patient, taking stress is like a poision for me, but shriram city — omg — its rerally a company i will never ask any one to go to this company in future.
          I called today it self and agian got the same response taht it will take more than one weak working days. It means after 3 days 3-4 days national holidays +7-10 days more they are asking it means again need to wait for 15 days, and still not sure when i will get it.

          Now — please let me know where is my mistake...

          I am with shri ram city for more than 4 years... Not even a single time my cheque got bounce, but in case if it get bounce company is liable to charge me more than 550 rrs for bouncing charge, this time i am paying ecs from feb to september they chjarged me 2100*8= 16800/- in last 8 months. And when i came to forclose they charged me 28300 more. Total amount of loan was 35000. Means in 8 months they have made only 7000 principal less.

          Now what i want from comapny..

          1.in case cause of my mistake if my cheque get bounce then you charge 550/- in case if cause of your mistake my cheque get bounce then who will pay.

          2. Every month as per emi u were chaging me 2100 per month out of which more than 1100 is interest and 1000 is for principal, so now tell me when after making my final settel ment now how much interest you are going to pay me. I claim her 1100 for interest.

          3. Cause of company mistake and policy i suffered alot taken 3 holiday from my current organisation just to resolve the issue who will pay for these holiday.. Shriram company will pay to me for it.

          4. Time is money cause of all this bull #... I wasted my time then who will pay for it.

          5. I am a dibetic patient as i said stress is like a poision for me in case cause of tjis issue some thing goes wrong to me... Who will pay — shriram will pay for it.

          So now as it is not my mistake its company mistake its employees mistake. So why should i suffer

          If we do any thing wrong then we have to suffer, now company did wrong then why should i suffer., i want to claim now for all the interest what i paid to company in last 48 months and my this month 2100/- rs refund. As i took 2 wheeler loan first for 38000/- then i took 40000 loan after this i took 35000/- loan this year, now i want comapny to refund me all the interst amount what i paid to company in last four years,

          So that company should realise its mistake, i dont need mine 2100 only now i need all my interest amount along with 2100/-

          Its a digital world and when u provide loan u can submitt amount directly to our bank, then why now u are responding that i will get a cheque and i will spend 3 days to get it cash and one day to take off from my office.

          I need urgent reply on this letter asap today. So i could proceed if i dont get any reply i will sent this later to consumer court.

            Respected sir i am from kodad nalgonda district. Iam a guaranter of personal loan. Barrower due to pay two installments worth 12000/-. Your company employee contacted me on phone call. On talking about recovery i asked her send a notice to me. Then she became angry and used vulgar language. I think her behavior is very irrespective. She irritating me by her phone call. She warned me by reverse complaint. So i requesting you i will pay the balance payment if your narrower not pay with in specific time. Kindly take action on your employee.               We have a personal loan in shriram city and when we are asking then statement so we can pay at once, the officer is simply declining by saying i wont give statement and he is threatening saying they will take legal action etc.

              This is very unfair unethical behaviour and also they are trying to loot more money thats why no clear statement is givem

                I, t. V. Sujatha submitted the subhiksha bond certificate no 10584069 with folio no ss0427291 on 4th september for maturity on 15 the september at your nad branch. But so far i have not received the amount. There is no proper response from your staff. Simply saying that it will take another 10 days to get the amount. Kindly pay the amount as soon as possible. Its already 4 days over the due date. Kindly pay the amount as soon as possible.

                    My phone no [protected]. I have two gold loan with this phone number. Yesterday we try to pay the amount to these accounts. The branch manager said those already went to accution but he unable to give even how much it went and also basic accution betails. And also he behaving rude to answer any thing question. When we enquire internally it happening everybody. Some fraud is going on branch please give us details what happened with that gold. It went to as per rules or back door.

                            I am the customer of the shriramcity union finance ltd..
                            Am the tw customer. Am take a tw loan at tenali cluster, cherukupalli branch. My loan was competed above 2 months. But my noc is not issued. So many times am going yours branch but branch manager is not responding and irresponsibility answer. I am ask personal loan but manager is am issued noc please take a 2nd finance. And he is running a 2nd hand tw business. Cluster head is also supported his business. Manager is not available please solved this problem.

                                    your system of getting legal done at three levels is pathetic as delhi legal team does not know about the papers of rajasthan riico land to get it mortgage.

A mobile no.[protected] have borrowed a small loan from shriram city union finance ltd, coimbatore division for the past 9 years vide loan agreement no. H1cdumt0702015/20.11.2007. After i getting the demand notice from coimbatore on 22.05.2013, i settled the loan amount of rs.7000 cash payment directly as one time settlement through the udumalpet branch vide cash receipt no.101259 dated 21.09.2016. After that, i have no get no liability certificate from you and no responsible answer from the udumalpet branch direct approaching to mr. Jaffer and another one your staff and coimbatore customer care and tirupur customer care and chennai customer care vide our phoned on 19.04.2017.in toll free man answer gently and no registered your mobile on the loan settlement. So, i am receiving continuously demand message through my mobile. So, please give reasonable answer to unsettle the loan and to proceed loan settlement and give no liabiiity certificate with a/c statement.
