i s.jagadeesh babu complaining resigned in your organization[protected], i submit my pf forms at hyderabad to mr. sudhaka on[protected].i received one payment of hyd pf office. but, from chennai pf i did not get any information. after that, i was called number of times to mr. sudhakar give a phone no. of mrs. srimathi, chennai. she asked me cancelled cheque xerox, again i send her the details. Now, she said you will call next month other wise i don"t do any thing. sir, i am very much disappointed with your company employees, kindly, take action to move my Pf forms to chennai PF officer. i hope this letter can change my fate.

Dear sir, I have finished in my two Wheeler loan in 2014 December.(agree no.TNDVITWO2230003) but my original R.c book not hand over in my hand.I have directly contact to branch .I register in my complaint but not response our side.Tindivanam very worst customer service my original R.c book not hand up to till very sad. kindly clear my problem and original R.c book immediately pls. contact no.[protected]

I rohit rajan from hyderabad have taken a personal loan from shriram of rupee 1 lakh on date 21.12. 2016 for my father medical treatment. But his treatment was covered in insurance cover approval only. So immediately i have cancelled the loan and made complete repayment along with the additional service and foreclosure charges and received the noc also. I was informed that there will be no deduction going forward, hence the emi procedure was not active and my first emi was deducted from my bank account, when visited the office i was told that the refund cheque will be issued in my name. But nothing is happing its been one months passed i have not received any cheque from shriram office. Like a fool im calling daily to your representative and visiting your malkajgiri branchoffice every second day. I need to know the immediately action to be taken on this matter and arge for refund cheque immediately as its already late. If you fail to do so i will be forced to approach legal advise as i have all the promising letter endorsed by your office personal.

I wish to file a complaint with your department concerning the unprofessional behavior one of your mr. Kamalraj collection agent & branch manager mr. Vasanthakumar came to my house last saturday, feb 18th. Despite the fact that i had not requested his appearance,

He arrested me on public place, then when i asked him, he introduced himself and started to speak the unprofessional way and he used very vulgar words via phone call and front of me also. This person blocked me in road side (Public place) and shouted front of all the publics.. I was feeling very insulted and feel bad about your organization.

This is not the correct way to handle a customer.. We are paying the amount by on time, i had approved to take amount from my account (Acc no:[protected] via ecs. But your branch office didnt taken the amount on time. This was not my mistake.. (Actual deduction time is every month 7th, but your branch didnt taken the amount on time and they tried to take the amount on after 10 days of the due date..

On that day, i missed to keep the amount in my account. Because i thought it was detucted on the due date, its 100% is not my mistake..

When i asked him about the deduction time period, he started to shout on public place. The way he used words is not at all acceptable...

Please take immediate action against him. Otherwise i will file the case against him..

I eventually got mr. Vasanthakumar out of my house, but i nearly had to call the police to do it. I don't know if you encourage your salespeople to behave in this manner, but i find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No one should walk into a house uninvited or soil another person's property.

I would like a written apology from your company and an assurance that none of your employees will act in such a rude and inconsiderate way again.

My deposits No.50290399 & 50290400 each for Rs.50, 000- matured on[protected]. I submitted the bonds on[protected] at Tuni branch for cancellation and to pay me back the amount due to me. I enquired many times at Tuni branch about payment of money. They are telling that they sent these bonds to vijayawada branch. Amount will be paid soon. The answer was told for many times. It is now sufficiently more time i waited. No result. Please look into the matter and solve the problem.

I am payment pay through online andhra bank. in my shriram city app. my andhra bank account that payment is debit 18500, but this TEKKAPL[protected] agreement was not credit. this is 1st pdc. the andhra bank complaint is 30.12.2016 the shriram city union finance ltd credit the amount 18500/-. please rectify this problem. as early as possible. contact no.[protected]

Just twowheller i cleared loan. Single paper noc they going to charge 1500 rs means it's toooo much. I am Baskaran.G, s/o P. Govindhasamy, residing at A.24, Rajaram Colony, Jeyabharadham Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai 600 024.
I took the Two Wheeler Loan in your concern, (Loan No. KKNBRTW [protected]) to purchase Black Colour Honda Activa No. TN 09 CB 4296. on 15.10.2015.
Last month 13.11.2016 your people take my vehicle from my resident for the due pending without any intimation.
After that I enquired and get the information from your office. Next day I approached your K.K. Nagar Branch, meet the Manager Mr. Balaji get the payment arrears list. He told to pay Rs.22, 783/- for all the pending dues with penalty.(Five installment amount Rs.16, 650 and other charges Rs.6, 133/-)
Then I took three days time to arrange the money. After that when I approached him, he directed me to contact Besant Nagar Main Branch, to meet Manager Mr. Senthil, because of my papers are going to there. Then I went to Besant Nagar Office. But I could not meet Mr. Senthil.
I met the lady staff name Sumathi, She given the office phone No. ([protected]/62) and told me to contact next day.
She takes another three days to get the appointment from Mr. Senthil, Manager. After 3 days she told me that the manager is busy, your papers are going to K.K. Nagar Branch, you approach there.
Then again I approached Manager Mr. Balaji in K.K. Nagar Branch. But I could not meet him. He only spoke to me by phone and told me that he is busy will meet three days later.

So far more than 10 days passes in the process. After that when I met him, he told me to pay the full amount Rs.38, 603/- including the future dues.
I get shocked and approached the lawyer. My lawyer tried to speak to Mr. Balaji, he takes another two days for the meeting.
Finally, my lawyer met him in K.K. Nagar Branch, he agreed to collect the current dues pending Rs.22, 783/- including penalty.
Again I tried to pay the money. But the lady staff Dhanalakshmi refused to get the money, and insist me to contact Mr. Balaji. But I could not contact him even by phone.
Finally, he come to my line and accept to collect the payment on 5th December.
When I approached him on 5th he told me to come on 6th. Unexpectedly 6th is the holiday for the C.M. funeral. 7th I went to the office with my lawyer.
Again I could not meet Balaji again Dhanalakshmi refused to collect the payment. When my lawyer asked her for the reason she directed to someone by phone his name is Venkat (he also told us manager so far we never seen him), He said us to come to pay the money next day 8th in Virugambakkam Branch to take the vehicle.
Yesterday we went to Virugambakkam Branch Venkat is not there. The staffs are refused to collect the money as usual. Mr. Venkat told us over phone that they are sold the vehicle. This is the first shocking news to me. Here only we realized that they are cheating me so far. Then, I tried to customer care, get the shocking information is, someone is paid Rs.32, 000/- on 18th November (within five days from the vehicle taken from my house) and released my vehicle in my name without my knowledge.

I told the information in the vigilance officer, Virugambakkam branch. He also get shocked and passes the information to their high officials.
Then, Mr. Senthil Manager contact my lawyer, and me by phone, and he assured to solve the problem and told me to make the payment. But again I tried to pay, but the office staff refused to collect. I tried to speak to Mr. Senthil but unable to contact him. Some one is direct these staff by phone indirectly. I waited till evening in the office. Many persons contact me by phone and told me will solve the problem (All are told me that they are Managers) But nothing will happened so for.
More than 2 weeks physically and mentally I am in suffering. But sincerely I passed this month due Rs. 3, 330/- (07.12.2016) also.
We are the customers believing the CONCERN and the NAME.
Such a good concern, is it good? One more thing, whenever I come to your office, some staffs are treated me as a criminal. They are behaving like a Rowdies.
All happenings are illegal, forgery, cheating, crime. I need immediate remedy for all my sufferings. Still I believe the concern.

I am R.Farooqahamed having a ertiga zdi 2014 model car. last month i have met accident in that car was fully damaged at back side so that I have informed to Mr. venkatesh and Mr.Hasan (Adyar /Guduvangerry branch Managers) They have given me the idea to surrender the vehicle because your already a defalter
otherwise you have to settle the full and final amount. Mr.Hasan told me that every month of 28th and 30th there will be the action of every vehicle which has sized by us. so that I can easily take your vehicle and handover to you at the rate of Rs.3.00 lakhs unfortunately your higher authority has given rate of Rs.4.00 lakhs for this vehicle Mr.Hasan called me and informed that very high rate you please wait till next month of 30th October action. I will settle the vehicle in Rs.3.00 lakhs. till yesterday also in telephone he is giving faulse promise that he has not getting rate from higher authority so that you please wait. But I have recieved one insurance copy dated[protected] of Liberty videocon General insurance which has not putted by me. Ihave call the that insurance company ask about the policy in whose permission you have issued a policy He told that Mr.Gani (Dealer) has given me old policy to issue the insurance policy. But 2015-16 I have not put the insurance How it is possible and Mr.Gani bought the vehicle in the rate Rs.6.50 lakhs in last week. without action how it is possible to buy the vehicle. I need my vehicle please take necessary action on both of them. please do the needfull.

Sir I am purchase a Jupiter sooty and fain ace your company sari ram finance .my sooty price 51500 but your agent make total amount 58800 .no detail give ur agent about amount .He make 44000 thousand loan ..I m pay 16000 advance ..total amount make 44000+16000=60000.but I m receive 51500 bill ...no detail give your agent .Please take action about my complaint urgently.your agent take 9500 extra money ...

I have bought honda hornet from vijaya motors omr kelambakkam. I have paid approx rs.50, 000 and balance in emi. I have closed the emi loan from shriram city union finance 2 months before on july and i got noc clarification from them. But now they have charged me the emi amount rs.2, 805. Just try to get money from my bank account for emergency purpose but to my surprise i have just rs.23 on my account. Checked with shriram city union finance but no proper response and i am not sure who is the right contact person for this issue. I heard so many stories related to shriram city finance and that is also one of the major reason i have closed the finance from this company. I am afraid do i get my money from these culprits. Overall i need compensation for this kind of activity from shriram city finance. I don't know how has given the permission to get money from my account. Kindly help me.

i taken two wheeler loan on july month they advise us every 07 you haven due date we present your cheque on 07 of every month and collect on 08 of every month in your bank.
They follow for 2nd month aug, after that this sep month they present well earlier that is 03.09.16 they present my cheque with out any intimation to us.
I call to customer care regarding this they spoke very ruff and tuff . I am un happy with your service.

Pls advise can i continue with your finance or can i with draw your business.

More over if you haven voice mail i will put the conversation in that pls have a look.

Very irritating company, wrong customer care executive like mr. Sagar my name yadnika i have been not apply any loan like car loan or home loan.. Or any other, but last 2 years frequently am getting messages like ur inst. Amt rs.39725 for loan no: cdbdrtf[protected] is due on date:[protected] please keep sufficient balance in your account before due date. For any queries please give miss call to - [protected] or mail, i got this massages on 28 sept also. I dont know why i got this messages if i never taken any loan please solve my query as early as soon as possible or else i complaint or file fir on company.

Recently a new manager by name sri jeelan basha (zonal in charge shriram city union finance rayadurg) and sri sudhakar (zonal in charge, shriram zonal office - sai nagar, ananthapur) are harassing us through phone and they are not having the least manners to deal with the customers. moreover they are demanding bribes from us. we have paid 54 installments at the rate of rs.76000 and odd per every month out of sixty installments which ends by october 2016 at present 3 installments are pending and we are ready to pay, but they are demanding bribes & threatening us that “they would take serious action if we are not ready to pay the bribes. frequently they are coming to my educational institution and creating nuisance uttering, abusing in unparliamentarily language. they are threatening us that they would see our end, your bm (jilan basha) threatened me that he would attack me with his goondas at guntakal (my workplace) when i went there for my duty. they are saying that “ they don’t want customer’s like me”, if they don’t want why they have approached me.
I brought this information to your notice in view of your organizations goodwill, both the above mentioned 2 persons are (jilan basha & sudhakar) damaging the reputation of your organization.
In this situation i wish to state that iam ready to pay the entire amount to the person deputed by you and not to those 2 persons, as a customer iam very disappointed regarding this and i need justice for this.

My name is Zafar Khan and I had taken two wheeler loan no CDWRDTW[protected] from Shriram city union finance Warud branch.
I have paid all the installment and as two emi had got bounced so i have also paid the dues for that. And the last emi I paid on 31 jan 2016.
But still not received Noc for the above mentioned loan and company is saying that rs 1500 hundred is due on me. But there is no bounce in my account as per my bank statement other that two bounces for which i have already paid the bounce charges.
And i have visited the warud branch with my bank statement and clearified them that there is no bounce. But still i didnt get noc till today.
