I would like to bring the following few lines to your kind notice for necessary further action
I am an office superintendent in railways and my wife smt. s meena kumari is a correspondent of my own school by name “sree vinayasree vidyanikethan” em high school in (rayadurg town, ananthapur district, andhra pradesh) both o[censored]s are the regular customers of your organisation from the last 15 to 20 years of it’s inception in rayadurg town. we were the members of chits from 25000 to 10, 00, 000 we took even personal and business loan ranging from rs.10, 000 to 25 lakhs from your shriram city union finance we have pledged even our gold ornaments in your organization my six wheeler was also insured in your shriram life insurance
Recently a new manager by name sri jeelan basha (zonal in charge shriram city union finance rayadurg) and sri sudhakar (zonal in charge, shriram zonal office - sai nagar, ananthapur) are harassing us through phone and they are not having the least manners to deal with the customers. moreover they are demanding bribes from us. we have paid 54 installments at the rate of rs.76000 and odd per every month out of sixty installments which ends by october 2016 at present 3 installments are pending and we are ready to pay, but they are demanding bribes & threatening us that “they would take serious action if we are not ready to pay the bribes. frequently they are coming to my educational institution and creating nuisance uttering, abusing in unparliamentarily language. they are threatening us that they would see our end, your bm (jilan basha) threatened me that he would attack me with his goondas at guntakal (my workplace) when i went there for my duty. they are saying that “ they don’t want customer’s like me”, if they don’t want why they have approached me.
I brought this information to your notice in view of your organizations goodwill, both the above mentioned 2 persons are (jilan basha & sudhakar) damaging the reputation of your organization.
In this situation i wish to state that iam ready to pay the entire amount to the person deputed by you and not to those 2 persons, as a customer iam very disappointed regarding this and i need justice for this.

My name is Zafar Khan and I had taken two wheeler loan no CDWRDTW[protected] from Shriram city union finance Warud branch.
I have paid all the installment and as two emi had got bounced so i have also paid the dues for that. And the last emi I paid on 31 jan 2016.
But still not received Noc for the above mentioned loan and company is saying that rs 1500 hundred is due on me. But there is no bounce in my account as per my bank statement other that two bounces for which i have already paid the bounce charges.
And i have visited the warud branch with my bank statement and clearified them that there is no bounce. But still i didnt get noc till today.

Sir I am sailaja.k from nellore ap.i having a two wheeler Loan in ur company .we due for 4 emis .i have some problem to pay that's why I not paid 2 days back ur nellore branch manager Mr u.raghava called to me he talk very bad words and also telling lies.and today also he is talking very vulgar language I told why are u talking like that I said I will make a payment but also talking 2 much.he is not a manager just gunda.don't put this type of managers ur good will or gone it nellore manager phone no is [protected] and my mobile no is [protected] sailaja.k

My loan no is: svgnitw[protected]. This sundaramoorthy. V, i took bike from your finance from 2014. Only 2 dues are bending now. But in the sivagangai office persons told i need to pay extra amount 4000 rupees.
First the bike seller introduced your reperesentative person. He was collected the due amount. But during his resigning time he took my one month due amount and he didn't give receipt. Afterwards my father (Age 65) travel over 100 km to pay the due last one year.
Till now your person nothing told my father about overdue. They are waiting increse the interest of overdue. Now only told. So please do something.

I have a 4 wheeler loan from shriram city and closed it on 21st of may. I was told that they would not present any cheques left for the further 4 months as i have pre closed the loan with pre closure charges.
for my surprise cheque was presented on on June 7th which returned unpaid as i was neither given my cheques back nor given the cheque details. in turn was assured the cheques would not be presented.
now i am affected with.
1. my bank transactions cibil score for cheque return.
2. bank charged 350 for cheque return.
3. I have already paid pre closure charges for closing the account 4 months in advance without any default.

I need justice for above 3 points.

I purchased a bike on loan with loan no [protected] i provide 4 cheques at that time, and unfortunately all the cheques are bounced due to insufficient balance in account, but im paying the amount every month in the shriram city branch only, so i want to pay all the remaining emi s in branch only to avoid cheque bounce, is there any issue from yourside, if yes tell me the better way to pay the loan amount im waiting for ur reply

I required a pl loan from Shriram City Finance.

I send my document. Then approval loan amount 2 Lack.

But Maximum i pay for Charges 15000/- Rs ( Legal Documnet, Up Down Fair, Security Amout, etc.) But not tell date recived loan in Above Company.

I talk with Mr. Karan Sing that tell me another pay to branch then appoval.

But i not any other pay

I have availed a business loan from them and paid 4 emis out of 60emis for aloan of rs.8, 00, 000/- against my residential property worth 60lakhs with an emi of rs24333/- per month now i have not paid last 2 emis due to financial crisis and requesting them to give me some time to clear the outstanding asap but they are regularly calling me, and they are taking bounce charges each ecs check 3500/- per month also and harrasing now i need long time to take ata time closing purpose iam not paid 2 are three months and actually they why not proceed the legal notice why illegally harassing and taking 2much charges and high intrest rate flat24.5% rbi and government how give the permission this fellows

Please read the below scenario and let me know - WHO TAKES THE RESPONSIBLE ?? I am very much upset of this.

i have obtained My two wheeler Loan (TONDATW[protected]) started from NOV 2014 – OCT 2015. I had paid my EMI through ECS on or before 7th day of every month regularly, but I was receiving the ECS Mandatory not yet received error so I actually again paying the same EMI amount manually by cash reaching nearest washermenpet branch of Shriram City finance Limited. Now, when I ask for my NOC they are saying that to show the Bank statement of 1 ysear (ECS Error) which is entirely not possible. As you well know about data privacy act the customer has the rights not to share their financial information of more than 3 months. I instead submitted my 5 months bank statement which more than enough as a proof. when i enquire about my NOC status they are looping one after ther person in chain but no action has been taken.

I got a loan for four wheelers about 1 lakh 70 thousand, before loan they told me your monthly EMI amount is 6700 something but, after approved loan i asked about EMI to support they asked me monthly EMI about 6936 its a big difference before and new EMI amount . with 12.5% interest for 3 years its too big amount as per EMi

I had purchased Hero Maestro from Adinath Motors in West Tambaram, and chose to avail two wheeler finance from shriram city Against my better judgement and poor reviews about this company and its running capacity, i went ahead with the process and was asked to submit 6 cheques for the ECS process. My Initial EMI was dated on 7th of every month and i was waiting for them to deposit my ECS cheque on that day. When i saw nothing happened for the next three days i phoned their customer care and reported this issue. The Customer care people told me that the first cheque will take time to be deposited and i should wait till 15th of the same month. And nothing happened even after 15th, so i called the customer care and raised the complaint for which they gave similar reasons and asked me to wait for few more days. After 20th, their local branch people called me 3 times and said that 1. Cheque bounced 2. Cheque did not pass 3. There might be signature mismatch and i should pay them Cash instead. I replied back telling them, that i will pay cash only if they return my cheque. But since then i am receiving calls from them frequently only asking me to pay cash and no intention of returning the cheque. This is very poor and horrible customer experience from this company. I am at loss as to what needs to be done to find a solution.

A COMPLAIN LETTER TO SHIRAMCITY, Hyderabad (Ameerpet Branch) Dear Customer Care<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Complain Section. Shriramcity Finance Ref: Agreement No. : NRFLART 0702203 I would like to inform you that on 18th Nov-13, I have suddenly receiveda sms in my mobile no: [protected], that I have to pay Rs. 4452 (EMI, ODC, BC, etc.) as on 31st of Oct. 2013 (Agreement No. : NRFLART 0702203). I was astonished as I had no prior information regarding this and whenI inquired in your Eragadda Branch Branch Office (Loan section), Ms.Prasanna informed that my last EMI of Rs. 1227 got dishonored in Oct.2007 (!!!) of one the furniture loan. When contacted Ameerpet Loan division, Branch Manager, Mr. R. PrasadRao, directly on his cellphone got from other branch, he behaved very badly (bydisconnecting phone frequently, shouting and was always talking in Telegu whileI humbly requested him to talk in English or Hindi as I don't know Telegu) andhe told me that I have to pay the amount Rs. 4010 and he also told that he hasobliged me by not adding any legal charges there! It is very astonishing that 2007 dishonored EMI has not beeninformed to me for last six years (!!) either by email or by calling me or bypost and so much additional charges almost triple (!!) has been levied withoutany prior intimation! It is really unacceptable from a reputed company like youto do such unprofessional act and suddenly so much additional charges has beenput. I accept that it has been a mistake on my part that the EMI hasbeen dishonored but the company (Shriramcity Finance) also has aliability to inform the customer before incurring this kind of abnormalcharges. I am ready to pay off the EMI of Rs. 1227/- if you send a person withproper documents but I am certainly not ready to pay this huge extra amountwhen I was not informed in written and a mere sms, after six years can not be aprofessional intimation from your company! With reference to my 1st letter on Nov. 23rd-13, your Service manager, Mr. Prasad Rao called me next day and asked me to pay 50% of your demandedamount, i.e. IRS 2500/- and also informed me that my second ECS actually gotbounced initially. It is more to your company's failure to communicate me onthe right time as it was the 2nd ECS and without any information you havecollected several ECS afterwards. All on a sudden you have remembered this'cheque bounce' and accordingly demanded the amount. I am ready to pay the amount of the 2nd 'bounced ECS' (IRS 1227 as you said) andthe bounce charges which can not be more than maximum IRS 500/- . I am notready to pay any late payment fees as I was not informed at all in any modewhile all rest of the ECS your company have collected on time smoothly!! Regards Dr. Prabal Hyderabad

I had taken a two wheeler loan from Shriram finance in Hyderabad, A.S Rao Nagar Branch in September 2012. I was paying my EMI promptly and it was getting deducted every month from my salary account. I had been paying my EMI for more than 2 years and just 2 EMI's were pending from my end. On 24th November 2014 they send their executive to my home and since I was at work that chap spoke very rudely to my wife. I had contact number of one of their collection executives named Kiran kumar so I called him on 24th Nov itself and updated him that I would be visiting their office next morning to pay 2 months due which amounted to 4910 rupees and kiran agreed. Next morning I was waiting for Kiran at 9AM sharp outside Shriram Finance office as agreed. When I called him he said he is on his way and would reach in 10 mins. After the call I realised that my bike was missing. I had parked my bike in the parking lot in front of their office. I called up kiran again and told him that my bike is missing and he pretended as if he does not have any clue. He arrived at 10AM and said that he would check if my bike has been seized. I was not able to understand 3 things here. Firstly how could they seize my bike without giving me any written notice ?.. Secondly how could they seize my bike without even bothering to inform me ? and thirdly how dare did they seize my bike when I myself was coming to their office to pay 2 months due. After checking his system kiran cooly informed me that my bike has been seized and I will have to shell out the total amount due which is 36, 518 including 1000 rupees seizing charges. I was shocked and asked him that what he is saying is totally unjust and unfair. But this guy was rude and adamant and said that until I pay the full amount they will not release my bike. I had to make arrangements for cash and I paid 36, 518 to kiran kumar and then he handed me the bike keys. When I told him to reutrn my post dated cheques he said that they cannot return my cheques. I asked him what will happen if they deduct money from my account next month to this he replied and told me not to keep any money in my bank... Wow.. so convenient!!!... Moreover he said that it would take nothing less than 1 month for them to handover NOC to me which I think is a JOKE... After this nightmare I would like to warn everyone that Please STAY AWAY FROM SHRIRAM FINANCE... THESE GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES... THEY DO NOT HAVE BASIC COURTESY AND ARE VERY RUDE. IN SHORT, THEY ARE BIG CHEATERS. On top of this they charge exorbitant interest rate. I am writing this just to make everyone aware the consequences of dealing with this PATHETIC COMPANY... They dont even deserve 1 star for their pathetic service and attitude...

Sir, I bought two-wheeler for Rs.50000/- from Shriramcity a financial company. I have given cheque leaves for instalment amount Rs. 2666/- Each 7th day of every month they collected the above amount. But this month (October) even after 22 days of this month they have not been collect the amount. But they have sent sms to pay the particular amount as cash to that bank (State Bank of India). I have sufficient amount in my account.I am ready to pay the amount as cash only if they surrender my cheque leaf. Thanking you.

Although I have never done any transaction with this company, I got an sms on my cell. I am shocked to see a massage as follows- Thanq for choosing Shriramcity for a loan(net) of Rs.25000 and ur loan no.is...ur 1st chq will due on 07-10-14. any queries pls call[protected]. This no has only voice recordrd options and is never picked up. SO THIS KIND OF SMS IS NOTIFIED BY OTHER USERS ON THIS FORUM. THIS IS ABSOULTELY STUPID AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR FALSE IMPLICATIONS.

Dear sir,

My Shriram Motor Finance loan customer ID No. D0120246 against truck no: OR07M-2412. my truck against received claim amount Rs: 65260/- (Accident claim) from M/s Shriram Insurance on 14.7.14.

Till date not issued the cheque by the branch to us already 17 days over.

So please confirm how can we maintain if the concerned branch not supporting the customer.
