Hi Team we have sent multiple emails to Shriram Finance where we have applied for commercial loan but till date we havent found any revert from them.
on 16th May 2023 we have sent a email on Below mentioned email IDs

But no one responded, hence post discussing with shriram Finance representative again we have mailed on 25th May 2023 but again no responses from any of them, on 8th June shriram finance customer care team asked us to forward the email on [protected]@shriramfinance.me which we again forwarded on 8th June but again no respond.
Hence we are writing to consumer as we have faced multiple issues with Shriram eployees, we request your support for strict action against them as in future other customers should not suffer because o[censored]ntrained staff of shriram finanace.
because of their processed where they did OTC disbursement without our proper consent as well as they never come to complete the formality we our selves went to them as we start getting messages of EMI without receiving the disbursement amount(please refer the mail which i have pasted in trail for better understanding).
we need your support to get our funds back which they have taken out of 98, 100 / - Mr. veer transfer us 48, 000/- as well as we need letters from shriram finance as this is spoiling our image.

This is with the reference to trail mail, where we are facing lots of issues with your processes and employees of Shriram finance(request you to please read entire trail mail).

Would like to inform you that Shriram finance employee Mr. Mrunal Desai confirmed to us on 26th April 2023 that we are not getting approvals for your case for Final disbursement then why the PDC cheque No. 000508 which we have given as a security PDC cheque got deposited in the Bank on 20th May 2023 (we have received a message on 22nd May 2023 that cheque has returned) and this kind of behaviour of Shriram finance is non acceptable as case of cheque dishonoured is spoiling our banking and image???
Moreover, your employee Mr. Veer doesn’t know how to speak with the customer he has disrespected my son today by saying “Morning se 20time call kiya koi reply nahi kiya tune . Abhi Suddenly Bolega to Kaise hoga” and then another message after he came to know that he is lying “4 calls Kam hota Hai kya. Tumko call ka reply nahi karne Hota hai “(Please refer attached screen shot of his messages his mobile number is [protected], this is not the correct way to speak to the customer on message. Also we would bring to your notice that in entire process he lied in every situation and he misbehaved with my daughter but we have ignored that earlier but now we realised that we should bring everything in picture. And I don’t know how this kind of people get hire for getting the business from the customer who doesn’t even know how to fill the application who harassed the customers asking them to sign the applications 7-8 times, .
Our clear requirements are
Need a letter from Shriram Finance in favour of bank that this cheque got erroneously deposited even after confirming by Mrunal Desai on 26th April 2023 that shreeram is cancelling the Loan
Need a Loan closure letter from shreeram finance.
My CIBIL got Affected because of your process of OTC disbursement where we never received the funds from Shreeram Finance and your employee doesn’t care for processing the final disbursement we ourself approached shreeram finance on 21st March 2023 by submitting all the originals in Andheri Branch. Hence need a letter to submit to CRISIL that funds never got transferred to us and loan EMI got started.
Need a clear apology letter specially from Veer for his misbehaviour and the way he was talking to my son is very disrespectful as well as from Mrunal as he has taken entire process very lightly because of his way of working and he is very unprofessional due to which we are suffering today and not these people.
We never asked to cancel the loan to Shreeram Finance and the loan has been cancelled by Shreeram Finance hence we are not liable to bear the cost which we have spent in entire process, hence requesting you to arrange the below mentioned funds by way of Demad Draft or cheque in favour of Charmi Enterprises (we have asked Mr.Mrunal Desai for transferring the amount back which we have paid to Veer in his personal account and he has confirmed that Veer will transfer the amount back but till date he haven’t transferred the funds back ).
Need a apology letter from Company as well that we have suffered because of misbehaviour/ unprofessionalism of your employees Mr. Shreenivas(Reporting Manger of Mrunal Desai) as he has never taken the ownership even after complaining him multiple times but he put his hands up, Mr. Mrunal Desai and Mr. Veer singh in entire process.
