I fourclosed personal loan account date 28/01/[protected] but yet not closed ac it's demanding extra amount 14000 and not stoped ach

Dear Representatives,

Sri Ram Company issued me relieving letter in July 2020, But now when my employer HDFC (where I joined as CSM) do verification process then company HR team reverted by saying fake signatures on relieving to HDFC LIFE HR.and given me another relieving letter But this should not be done because its a matter of my career because the letter (according to them which is fake) was also issued by the SRIRAM HR & sent to me by there official email id ..

Moreover I am not able to get any satisfactory response from Sriram beside so many mails.so now looking to you see in this matter and resolve the issue.

This is sundar, I am from Visakahaptnam Gajuwaka Area. I have taken loan from Srriam finance on Nov 2022 amount 2L and the monthly installment is 15030 with a period of 18 months. Since 2018 onwards I am an old customer and have taken multiple loans from Sriram.

Already 4 months Completed for the latest loan and Now I have asked them this month I am unable to pay EMI due to my financial issue I have asked for time from April onwards I want a settlement process and will pay 40Kper month instead of 14 months the amount will be cleared in 5months it will benefit for you and for me also like that I have conveyed but there are issuing notice to Garantuee and harassing me also I can't handle the situation and I don't know what I am doing if there is anything happened to me the below persons are responsible from Sriram finance team and there are countable I given names below

Gowri Shankar is the recovery agent he is saying ok sir if you do not pay we will do whatever we want like that he threatened me this is the case that is happening
Sunil Manager is talking very abusive language each and every time and also he is talking unparliamentary language in the calls.

Sir i have paid the loan amount and in my Shriram finance application it was showing 353 rs pending then i contacted customer support for it on 8th of February she said i have checked all the details sir you don't have any due pending you can visit your branch which is in uttam nagar near pillar number 715 and apply for the NOC sir i live in greater Noida now that branch was 60-70km away from me but i visited there and on cash counter there was a guy named Raju Raman something who looks after noc process first he told me so many stories like mene khud apni bike ki noc 6 saal me li thi koi farak ni padta police vale kuch ni kehte...apko apni scooty sell krni h kya usi me kaam ati h bs NOC vrna kuch kaam ni me to chakkar ni katna chahta tha RTO ke islie 6 saal me nikal wai then i said i want my noc i don't care what you did what you do then his behaviour was changed he became rude to as soon as he started that bad behaviour with me I felt so bad there then i called the Shriram customer support while being in there so the customer support executive asked me about his name and his number when i asked the same from him he replied kya h kyu chahiye number khana kha ra hu me dikh ni rha and it was on loud speaker i asked the representative to file a complaint against him in the higher authority because that person was misbehaving with me so badly and i don't want this to happen with anyone else and the complaint number is Scuf[protected] I want some update regarding this complaint what happened to that particular person and sir if he's still there I'm not gonna visit that person ever again i want you to help me with my noc I'm ready to share my documents here thank you

I took a loan from Shriram Finance 12years (2011) back and had paid fully in 2years. Now they sent a message to loan guarantor saying that there are arrrears on my loan and i need to pay Rs.11294 on loan account number NRSPRPL06050007. I didnt get a single information all these years regarding this and sudden out of blue they sent a message to immediately pay the arrears. I am not sure if this is true or fake and also why didn't they inform all these years and now asking for hefy amount after 10years. Please take it seriously and resolve my case.

Refer to the attachment I am MAHESH MUTHUKUMAR from THE LORD CONSULTANCY SERVICES on behalf Mr.SUDESH and SEVEN MOBILES i am sending this mail for settlement process for a loan against SEVEN mobile of Mr.SUDESH Vs SHRIRAM CITY - Chennai.

where as Mr.SUDESH and his concern has got mortgage loan on M/s SHRIRAM CITY UNION FINANCE LTD on fin yr of[protected] march, after successfully 7 month EMI payment and value 13, 79000/- has been paid and further after on 8 th month onwards and as on month and the date the payment of EMI against loan has not been payable by client SEVEN MOBILES due to his unfair situation with SHRIRAM CITY and their norms related issues and his own in ability.

Hence 2021 December on wards M/s SEVEN MOBILES(Mr.SUDESH) have been in discussion to settle down the loan with SHRIRAM CITY in respective branch and involved company person for the same but not yet and refused by SHRIRAM CITY CONCERN as per due to their policy.but now the mortgage loan has been in ARBITRATION and to be in SARFAESI.

As a consultant i have be in discussion with Mr.SRIVATSAN at SHRIRAM CITY CHENNAI MYLAPORE branch for OTS proposal but the value has not been meet out to their concern and its not done .

As well I had discussed with Mr.SESATHIRI from ARBITRATION regarding OTS for the same and the value is not been accepted by them and guided me to meet MR.VIJAYARAGAVAN from SHRIRAM CITY at Mylapore branch.
where i have visited last week at their branch and where I am not able to meet Mr. VIJAYARAGAVAN, instead i met Mr.RAJADESIGH sir from SHRIRAM CITY at mylapore branch and discussed with him regarding..

at-last the value has not meet out mutually for OTS between us.

So far as a client and a borrower willing OTS from 2021 onwards due to relationship issues between them even borrower has good intention for his loan closure, but its has been failed for mutual settlement due to the value.
Now the borrower and Guarantors are suffered and mess and held their live hood on day to day activities due to this financial transaction.

So kindly Respective NODEL OFFICER or ARBITRATOR and CONCERN PERSON have to be involve here and discuss with us for mutual closure on priority.

Reapected sir or madam,
I took 5 lakhs personal loan from shriram city union finance in 2019 for 36 months EMI and i started paying my EMI continously, after RBI announced loan moritorium i utilised loan moritorium for 5 months, in that 5 months i never paid my EMI and i started paying continously my EMI after 5months and my EMI ended in APRIL 2022 and Finally they asked me to pay remaining 5 months EMI which i never paid in moritorium period in 2019 and i started paying that amount also in EMI's and now they are asking me to pay extra 10 months EMI.They are threatening us to pay 12 lakhs with interest for 5 Lakhs loan.and also they are saying that my retirement benifits will also effect .i am requesting you to provide us right kind of information to fight against them

We transferred the remaining loan balance, but they claimed that the money was returned to me instead of being credited to their account.
After many conversations, they still refuse to acknowledge their error.

They are charging extra money no information are provided correctly from shriram fraud company

I dont have any due pending on me borrowed from shriram city union finance. still i am getting spam calls daily. an ivr announces the message about the pending due and threatens that it will affect my cibil score. i had already complained it to their support department, further i had visited the branch office. still no resolution was provided uptill. please look in to it and do the needful.

Dear Sir/Mam,
on 14th Dec. 2022, i have made some investment in behalf of my mother for 5 Lakh made a FD against transaction no. 2022121412363545700078, but till today my mother FD not created and amount already transferred
i have called and mail many time to customer suport, FD support and Grievance Redressal Officer but they didnot give me good resposne

even till today not confirm me when they refund my money back, everyday they send me link for make FD and i have send error details and asking for my refund but not response me for refund

So i humble request you please take up this matter with Shri ram finance/City and arrange my mother refund asap. my mother is senior citizen and she save some money for some future planning but now we have invested in wrong company.

i request you please help us here because we're tired after calling and mailing with Shri Ram.

At present I'm facing financial crises eventhough I'm paying EMI every month but the collection agents and Branch manager is behaving very rash and hard when the time of collecting EMI amount at the same time using bad words and also they came to my home with having of pan gutka without any information and creating nuance at my home due their behaviour me and my family went to depressed please do needful otherwise I will proceed legal in consumer court.
