After many conversations, they still refuse to acknowledge their error.

They are charging extra money no information are provided correctly from shriram fraud company

Manager is totally ignoring my calls so I called higher authority (district head) he's also not giving proper respond to me

Dear sir i have taken two wheeler loan from shriram city, in August 21, 2021, I paid a due amount 3924/- by given link by you, transaction successful but amount debited in my account and not added in your shriram account, and after that i visited branch office, they told money will be refund within 7 days, but money not credited to my account, and after this issues I have submitted my transaction details and 2 months bank statement to the branch office, Sullurupeta, they are not responding to me for this query, they are miss behaving with customers... I request please solve this problem as soon as possible..

I dont have any due pending on me borrowed from shriram city union finance. still i am getting spam calls daily. an ivr announces the message about the pending due and threatens that it will affect my cibil score. i had already complained it to their support department, further i had visited the branch office. still no resolution was provided uptill. please look in to it and do the needful.

Dear Sir/Mam,
on 14th Dec. 2022, i have made some investment in behalf of my mother for 5 Lakh made a FD against transaction no. 2022121412363545700078, but till today my mother FD not created and amount already transferred
i have called and mail many time to customer suport, FD support and Grievance Redressal Officer but they didnot give me good resposne

even till today not confirm me when they refund my money back, everyday they send me link for make FD and i have send error details and asking for my refund but not response me for refund

So i humble request you please take up this matter with Shri ram finance/City and arrange my mother refund asap. my mother is senior citizen and she save some money for some future planning but now we have invested in wrong company.

i request you please help us here because we're tired after calling and mailing with Shri Ram.

At present I'm facing financial crises eventhough I'm paying EMI every month but the collection agents and Branch manager is behaving very rash and hard when the time of collecting EMI amount at the same time using bad words and also they came to my home with having of pan gutka without any information and creating nuance at my home due their behaviour me and my family went to depressed please do needful otherwise I will proceed legal in consumer court.

Incorrect due amount calculation and no support from the finance company to send me loan agreement copy and correct account statement. Cannot close the loan because the due amount being shown is incorrect.

It is happening with us for the last two months that we keep the EMI amount in our account on the due date but EMI is not deducted and later bank bounce charge is also levied. I request you to fix this and give back our 590 bounce amount.

I have applied personal loan from Shriram city on 4/2017 for Rs. 1, 00, 000-00 and repaid my loan due in total three installments of Rs.[protected] with foreclosing charges of Rs. 2, 000/-. my loan agreement No. TRPTIPL[protected]

further after lapse of 5 years, now they threatened me to pay an amount of Rs. 30060/- as principal due and Rs. 44751.00 as ODI charges. now have paid an amount of Rs. 30060/- and requested for NOC but they have not arranged till you pay an amount of Rs. 44751.00.

I request your do needful to arrange my NOC against this loan.

I am jatin fro Ahmedabad. I have requesting the documents relevant to closure of my loan in Shriram Housing Finance Limited in month of October 2021. As per compny policy 21 days / 30 days time is required to provide the documents but it's almost 1 yr over but till now i am not getting the documents (closure letter). I had taken a loan from shriram finance for 2 Wheeler. They told me the interest rate are 16% but I just calculate all the emi amount it's more than 24%, so please help for this topic.

I have a 2 wheeler loan and I paid emi amount of this month through app usi g Google pay but it is not yet reflected in the app. And it is showing the emi is still due. Please resolve my issue.
