Incorrect due amount calculation and no support from the finance company to send me loan agreement copy and correct account statement. Cannot close the loan because the due amount being shown is incorrect.

I bought a new hero splendor bike in dharapuram velavan motors... And financed in shriram city union finance... After six months i closed the loan... But... They didn't gave rc book... Till now... Its been 30 days passed till they doesn't gave my rc book

It is happening with us for the last two months that we keep the EMI amount in our account on the due date but EMI is not deducted and later bank bounce charge is also levied. I request you to fix this and give back our 590 bounce amount.

I have applied personal loan from Shriram city on 4/2017 for Rs. 1, 00, 000-00 and repaid my loan due in total three installments of Rs.[protected] with foreclosing charges of Rs. 2, 000/-. my loan agreement No. TRPTIPL[protected]

further after lapse of 5 years, now they threatened me to pay an amount of Rs. 30060/- as principal due and Rs. 44751.00 as ODI charges. now have paid an amount of Rs. 30060/- and requested for NOC but they have not arranged till you pay an amount of Rs. 44751.00.

I request your do needful to arrange my NOC against this loan.

I am jatin fro Ahmedabad. I have requesting the documents relevant to closure of my loan in Shriram Housing Finance Limited in month of October 2021. As per compny policy 21 days / 30 days time is required to provide the documents but it's almost 1 yr over but till now i am not getting the documents (closure letter). For this documents i have requested to Ahmedabad branch manager, ho (mumbai) and i have highlighted the issue to customer compalaint cell of SHFL. Due to not providing the documents from their end i am paying the high interest for my home loan.

I had taken a loan from shriram finance for 2 Wheeler. They told me the interest rate are 16% but I just calculate all the emi amount it's more than 24%, so please help for this topic.

I have a 2 wheeler loan and I paid emi amount of this month through app usi g Google pay but it is not yet reflected in the app. And it is showing the emi is still due. Please resolve my issue.

We have cleared the all the dues for the particular vehicle(TS06UA5557) loan account no. PEBBRT[protected]. you people are interlinking with the other vehicle loan account no. I am not sure why you people interlinking with other vehicle loan account number which is currently pending. I have been following with pebbair branch they are behaving rudely and not responsible. You people did not give any such kind of information before taking the loan.
Kindly check please provide NOC letter let us know the if you need any more information required.

I have 2 EMIs pending on a 2wheeler loan. The shriram city processed 3 times in this month without giving any information prior to ECS. My bank charged Rs.295 per ECS and my total loss is nearly 1000, with which I could pay the part of an EMI

On 20/05/2022 i have received call from shriram city chennai settlement team they ask me to pay 3500 to settle my dues and they told me like they will issue NOC within 5 to 6days if i pay 3500 and i paid to as they told (from phonepe to my loan account no) but still now they don't issue NOC and not closed my loan and i am getting calls to clear that amount too...

No one responding regarding this, even my branch manager also saying me to contact same mobile number which i receive call.

due to this issue my cibil all gone please respond as soon as possible

Shubhankar de empoly id - 38823, he lent me the car, how much was car drop off 13th july 2022. Till date the car is not leaving Farakka parking car. Subhankar Dey is currently not answering the phone.

I am Amit Mondal, I locked the vechicle on 05th July 2022(Vechicle No. NL0AB/9066). After depositing the money to the company, I was supposed to be released from the parking lot on[protected]. But till today the car does not leave me. The matter has been reported to the local office.

mane aapki companey se mere two wheeler ka loan karwa rakaha hai. jisme mere hisab se kisth puri ho chuki hai. per aapki company ke collection wale muze phone ker ke parashan ker rahe hai ki kisth bharo, nehi to gadi ootha lege. collection wale ne mere saath faroud kiya hai. mane aap ki companey ke collection wale ko 2 kisth ek saath di thi. jiski wo rashid muze de ker gaya (5610/-) per aap ki company ke statement me ek hi kisth jamma hai. aur bhi faroud mere saath huwa mere se kisth leker gaya, per rashid per rashid ka no. nehi hai. aab jab me meri gadi ka loan ka paisa ek saath jaama kerwa ne ke liye gaya . tab ja ker muze is faroud ka pata chala. aab company wale muzse 20000/- rupee mang rahe hai. meri ek kisth ka solution nehi ker rahe hai. (per month 2805/-) me bahoot hi parshani aur tension me hu. kyooki bar-bar phone ker ke parashan ker te hai ki gadi utha ker lejayege. sir aap mere complant ka solution karo nehi to last me muze labour court me jaana padega.

My self Lakshmigayatri, i have taken loan of 100000/- from Shriram Finance @ Kharkana Branch, in 2019, i have regularly paid till 2020 March, after that i have failed to pay EMI, In covid-19 situation, i became very sick, and almost went die... and came back to house...due to covid-19 positive, i lost my job, and still not get... due to this job loss... many times i tried ur branch to visit, but facing lots of financial problems, i didnt contact you people again...

Now, your executives and legally department people are calling me and torturing me, that they will give complaint and etc...

There is no job for me, and facing financial issues, in this condition, i cannot pay any amount of your loan, but i requesting badly please help me come out of these...

Your executives and legally department not listening mine, and saying to pay 100000/- to me... which i have already made half of the amount...
