I'm taken loan in January 2021 5 lakhs loan but getting 4, 77, 004/-Rs

I'm paying EMI March to September 7 EMIS
Per EMI 23890×7 = 1, 67, 230/-Rs

I'm asking to in Dhone branch for loan closer amount how much that type after paying 7 EMI

Then also he saying 4, 74, 768/-Rs

Loan amount 474, 768+EMI 7 = 167230 = 6, 41, 998

6, 41, 998 - loan amount - 4, 77, 004 = 1, 64, 994/-Rs

Why I'm paying that much of amount he is big scam

Loan amount 99k and settelment amount 4 lakh... please take 80k and give NOC due to covid

Since some issues with indian back auto debit of My EMI of my every month not debiting and paying through cash or online mode,

Before 10 days received a call from [protected], that the EMI is pending for these month only, and i asked to give statement of my loan, as well to give detail why My loan is not showing in any cibil since so far i got 4 loans from shriram finance and nothing is showing in cibil and has made my payment all previous 3 loans . Now these loan is also paid till current date


So

* Request to send personal loan track statement urgently for loan no: SENDMPL[protected] to check why its pending, whether the person collected has not updated or any other charges to know

* Request to send Manager Number of sendhamangalam branch as well the collection executive number whom i need contact since no proper communication

since many person calling from different number as well visiting my home, without ID CARD as well no mask wearing while coming to home. These covid situvation whether they vaccinated ? Whom i need to contact since i call to the manager number which i saved he told he shifted to tanvajore

Dear Sir, I have paid all the dues and closed my vehicle loan. But my car was not yet started due to ingine damaged at Stock point in Shri Ram city union finance Ltd Godown. In that godown was not properly maintained by company. There is no security guard and No CCTV CAMERA 📷 INSTALLED. So request you to please respond and resolve my problem and handover my vehicle as Staring conditions. Also still am not received the NOC letter from you.

I take loan Shriram City 2019 February, emi due date wise pay emi and settlement loan date[protected] but CIBIL report to the showing two wheeler loan opened June -09-2020, but I am not taken a loan, already NOC received please cleared CIBIL report the not showing my two wheeler loan 🙏

I am working from Last 4 Months in Shriram City union, zonal branch head jammu & Pathankot region Sonu Sachdeva, abuses & doing Harrassment,
Forcing me to resign or threating me to transfer from jammu to Rajasthan .
From 1st month of joining he started harrassment .

One of your sales person name fake name - Ravi Kumar and real PANKAJ SINGH +[protected] took registration fees and his personal charge of 2 transaction firs 1150/- and then 1200/- for approving 1lakh 50 thousand loan .he didn't informed me anything first about emi n all and have not given me a proper information . When i asked him about my loan status he said that company is demanding 1 emi advance just because i did 1200/- transaction late and due to this i have to pay full emi and when i told him i dnt have money any more he just said to pay ½ of emi advanced and when i said i wont be able to pay he said i wont get refund either now n told me to go n do the complaint n tell people it dsnt matter to him. He is forcing me to pay 3500 emi and i have requested a lot to cancel n repay me . Please give me my refund .

One employee name is Mohd Salman who works in your company in Amroha branch is working by putting fake copy of my document. If you don't remove it I will sue you for using fake documents. I have come to know that he has got my document edited and posted in your company. Due to which my government job can be tied up.

Sir I have bought a scooty on dated Oct 2019. And then after 15 days my sbi account was hacked by someone so I submitted my new account number to the agency along with all documents .then the financer said that u can pay emi through phone pay so I started to pay the emi through paytm.but immediately from August 2020 my check starts bouncing with 500 rs per month however I have paid all emi at right time. Now then I concern with financer from last there months to sort out this problem but he is making excuse again and again and ignoring me that not to call.first of all he make excuses that ur account has no balance but when I show him all my account details he get silent .now he is making another excuse that company is unable to register another account number.now it's humble request that stop the bouncing chech immediately otherwise I have to move consumer court regarding this matter
