Mene shriram se 300000 ka personal loan liya tha 285000 mile the 392000 de chuka hu or ab bhi 192000 maang rhe h roz roz pareshan kar rhe h 13% intrust rate bola tha or ab 35 % ka laga rhe h 26 kist boli h 42 kist maang rhe h please help me

So the concern is that i comtinously receive a call from shriram finance company for the loan which I have not taken they address me as Raju Rajak which is not my name and on date 07/03/22 between 11:52 am to 12:05 pm one of your executive calls and he was speaking very unprofessionally he didn't even confirm me his name when I ask and he was asking me about my personal details and abruptly disconnected the call please take strict action against him. and kindly verify I have not taken any loan from shriram finance but they harrasing me and calling me repeatedly in this no. I keep amount in my account from 2 Dec. 2021, but it was not deduct from my account on 9 dec 2021. After this i paid first EMI from shriram city app, but an overdue charges 500 are proposed on me due to non payment of EMI, its not enough it was also repeat again at the time of EMI on 7 jan. So total amount of due charge 1000 are proposed on me after paying my emi in double way .

Ki emi cut ho gyi jo mujhe refund chahiye or mere pass full data h or mene office jakr shikayat ki to time pr time and kl aao ki 2 din bad aao pareshan kr rhe h koi samadhan nhi kr rhe h jb hmne full payment kr diya to meri emi close kyo nhi ki iska jimmedar kon h abhi koi emi jma nhi hoti plenty or intrest lete or jb hmari emi extra cut kr li to uska kon jimmedar h office vale log shi tarike se bat nhi krte or koi bhi problem ko solve nhi krte plz meri help kro

I am writing this mail to report a complaint against a staff in kottayam branch, kerala.i purchased many vechicle from the company, each time i got a good experience from the tellers and customer service wing.However, this time i am really unsatisfied with the behavior of a staff who named Aneesh from kottayam branch kerala .
I unfortunately enquired a doubt from him then he vigorously shout to me and act like he has the full superiority above a customer. At that time i didn't want to make a quarrel so i quite from there and think to report it officially
Kindly make a warning for him, this is not only my complaint most of my well wishers also have this same problem aganist this person .If you want to keep the goodwill of your company told that man to serve the customers and behave properly. From the light of this incident i personally stop the financial activity with your company and don't want to continue with your service.

My name is Manoranjan kp I have a loan ac QTHELTW[protected] in your finance on April 13 I paid my emi =LQTHEL10413000 I paid amount is deducted from my bank account but its not cleared in your finance and so again I paid on 20th April LQTHEL10413000 both are deducted from my account and its shows cleared in Sri City app ofter 2 month again its shows 1 month pending manager is saying ofter 1 month its refund to your account but not refunded and I gave all transaction detail everything but still no one is responding

I'm paying EMI March to September 7 EMIS
Per EMI 23890×7 = 1, 67, 230/-Rs

I'm asking to in Dhone branch for loan closer amount how much that type after paying 7 EMI

Then also he saying 4, 74, 768/-Rs

Loan amount 474, 768+EMI 7 = 167230 = 6, 41, 998

6, 41, 998 - loan amount - 4, 77, 004 = 1, 64, 994/-Rs

Why I'm paying that much of amount he is big scam

Since some issues with indian back auto debit of My EMI of my every month not debiting and paying through cash or online mode,

Before 10 days received a call from [protected], that the EMI is pending for these month only, and i asked to give statement of my loan, as well to give detail why My loan is not showing in any cibil since so far i got 4 loans from shriram finance and nothing is showing in cibil and has made my payment all previous 3 loans . Now these loan is also paid till current date


So

* Request to send personal loan track statement urgently for loan no: SENDMPL[protected] to check why its pending, whether the person collected has not updated or any other charges to know

* Request to send Manager Number of sendhamangalam branch as well the collection executive number whom i need contact since no proper communication

since many person calling from different number as well visiting my home, without ID CARD as well no mask wearing while coming to home. These covid situvation whether they vaccinated ? Whom i need to contact since i call to the manager number which i saved he told he shifted to tanvajore

Dear Sir, I have paid all the dues and closed my vehicle loan. But my car was not yet started due to ingine damaged at Stock point in Shri Ram city union finance Ltd Godown. In that godown was not properly maintained by company. There is no security guard and No CCTV CAMERA 📷 INSTALLED. So request you to please respond and resolve my problem and handover my vehicle as Staring conditions. Also still am not received the NOC letter from you.
