I am krishnanand jaiswal from ghazipur dist. I am taken the two wheeler loan from your ghazipur branch and i cleared the all dues.. After completing this i am apply for the the noc in ghazipur branch last may 2020.
But till date i have no any information.. I meat the ghazipur branch representative he told me courier issue for dispatch..

I mr. Ritesh abraham took loan for two wheeler in the yr.2011 and it was repaid in the yr.2012 in 12 emis of 2975₹. The loan amount was 30, 000₹. The loan agreement no. Cdjhatw10100003. The agreement date was-10/10/2011. Pls issue me a copy of noc letter as early as possible.

विनम्र निवेदन है कि खाता धारक मो.[protected] ने अपनी वित्तीय समस्यायो के कारण रूपये ज़मा नहीं कर पाया था . परंतु दिनांक 12.12.2020 को रूपये आते ही पूरा pending राशि 32522 ज़मा कर दिया एवं सतना ऑफिस द्वारा कहा गया कि जो ब्याज बचा है उसमें छूट करवा देंगे . 2-4 दिन बाद आना . परंतु उसके बाद मे 5-6 बार ऑफिस ग़या परंतु साहब बाहर हैं, लंच पर गए हैं कह कर भगा दिया जाता . एवँ whatsaapp एवँ दूरभाश पर फ़ोन नहीं उठाया ग़या .

श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि मेरे खाते मे ज़मा की ज़ाने वाली राशि बताकर खाते को बंद करवाये ज़ाने की कृपा करें

I anil ramchandra mudbakhe, living in sinnar tal sinnar. I have issue the loan from shriram city union finance limited, nasik road branch in june 2015. The detail address of the branch is anand mall, 2nd floor, near kanya kothari highschool, jail road, nasik road, tal dist nasik. At date 13 th may 2019 i have foreclose whole the loan by their rules and conditions. But till the date i have not recived my noc and documents of collateral. Whenever i am contacting the same branch and responsible officer they fails to ans satisfactory. They all are giving reason that i am gurenter for mr. Jagdish gangadhar kakad and he fails to pay remaining of his loan, at the same time the officer give mi the evidence that the mr. Kakad filling his installment very regularly. When mr. Kakad will foreclose his loan at that time we give your noc and documents they said. While i was enquired about that there is no rule like this by the reserve bank of india. I was asking for them that if your company have any rule like that then give or show mi in written format but they fails to show and gave mi unsatisfactory reasons. Here i give you the details of loan.

Sriram city union financial company has sent the cheque to bank for emi process as moratorium period (April and may month) and now bounce charges was updated by kvb bank due to ecs return. Please stop the sriram city union financial company cheque process for emi ecs process. I have attached image for bonuce charges bank.

i am giving you moratorium request as per RBI guide lines i not get conformation mail in your side
after i sending the mail you hit ecs of emi in my icici account in your policy of moratorium you said 3 months emi is pospone but you do not work like your policy so ecs charges is cut of my account and my cibil score is down
so this is fraud with me and cheating with me and my all losses you are responsible

so i takenig a decision i registered on complaint against you in grahak manch for my losses and one complaint
in police station for cheating with me

I have taken loan from cashe March emi not paid there is no option for Maratorium in cashe app I raised two times complaint to support team the recovery person called and threating over phone at least give option for part payment he refused we part payment option given in payment time of cashe but the recovery officer speaking nonsense.please provide Maratorium or give option for partpayment in this situation.

I am a dout about lock down time rbi tells don't pay emi 3 months no problem i have home loan in shriram city. If any penatly to i don't pay emis branch manager says in 3 months your penalty is 10000+ but others says no penalty please tell me solution or correct information any penalty or interest extra amount i pay to avoid emis in this lock down 3months

Two FDs have matured on 06/03/2020 and the same have been deposited with local branch NAD junction, Visakhapatnam.

Sir,

2. I had taken a vehicle loan for rs 3, 99220.00 in the year apr 2013 and an interest of rs 150184.00 was added to the principal amount total amounting to rs 549404.00.

3.in 2014 a sum of rs 20859.00 was added as insurance amount for the year 2015 but no insurance copy was either sent through post or given to me when i approached them, for want of insurance documents hence i could not utilize my vehicle/ply on road.

4. The entire loan period was wef may 2013 to mar 2017 i. E, 4 years, within the stipulated period i had paid almost rs 485931.00. Detailed payment summary is enclosed as appendix to this letter and subsequently on 05 june 2017, i was asked to pay rs 45000.00 accordingly i had paid cash (Temporary receipt issued by the company mr dinesh is enclosed, the actual amount that was given to me was rs 399220+22925 insurance amount = rs 422145.00. I have already paid rs 496309.00. These figures were taken from sri ram company statement which were available with me. The amounts have been paid during the period from june 2016 to september 2016 and from march 2017 to july 2017 have not been included since i do not have the statements. Except very few months for almost all the payments have been collected.

6. Sir now from may 2017 to 31 dec 2019 i have already paid rs 469714.00.00 (Rupees four lakhs sixty nine thousand seven hundred and fourteen only). These figures were taken out from the statement sent by the finance company, you can verify it. Now vide your letters and latest statements you are demanding another rs 3.13 lakhs, i am not in a position to pay. You try to use all means to extortion of money unreasonably.

7. Sir it’s a vehicle loan that i had taken and there are lots of problem with regards to vehicle, at times it gets breakdown, doesn’t commit for commercial purpose for want of a driver or business due to lots of competition. I took this vehicle for a purpose and suddenly my health got detoritated and i could utlise, till date the vehicle had run 16000 km only.
8. Finally i sincerely put down that i am bankrupt after taking this vehicle. I am not in a position to pay any more. Pressurizing for recovering excess amount and also frequently threatening is very much disgusting and painful.
