Shriram City — Bounce charge after successful payment

Hi,

On 5th October 2023 is my 7th EMI payment date but its not deducted from my acount automatically due to that I have paid through Shriram finance app and payment was showing sucess but later I received a notification that bounce charge was added of 500 for not paying. And I have contacted mr- sashank working in Shriram transport finance company Ltd uppala Kasaragod kerala 671322 but not giving proper info and right now not responding.
Could you please do the needful.
