Shriram City — Home loan pre closed on 11.3.2017 but till now documents and noc not received

Sir/madam,
I have preclosed my loan account umlpttf[protected] at rs.3, 69, 980. (This closing figure is given by your regional manager mr. Sivabalan) on 11/3/2017. No arrears were there. Manager mr. P. Arun kumar have given the commitment that documents will release within 30days. But now it's 75 days crossed now he is not responding. Other than that i have communicated with your customer care executive they telling that loan is not closed its showing in active. No messages to my register mobile number, for dd/cheque the message will not come this reply i got from shri ram city union finance, udumalpet branch. But on 18/3/2017 amount have been debited from account which the cheque which i have given. Kindly do the needful to receive my documents with noc. My contact number [protected].
