Dear Sir/Mam,
I have a Bike Loan (LOAN NO-CDCJOTW[protected]) from Shriram City Union Finance. Dated 18.12.22 RS.14000.00 approx outstanding in my loan account. Mr. Narendra Singh and team leader Mr. Bajrang Lal Lamba were following up to recover this.
We had a meeting at Jaipur Road, Kalwar on 18.12.2022.
In this meeting Mr. Bajrang Lal Lamba settled all my outstanding in Rs.8400 /-and he said that 10-15 days Shriram City Union Finance will issue NOC Certificate.
Which I have pay 5000 Date 18.12.2022 and 3400 Date 22.12.22 through phonepe payment. Screenshot attached.
After 1 month, Bajrang ji Lamba said that This settlement was rejected by company after many follow ups.
Who will pay this remaining amount? I AM NOT REPONSIBLE FOR THIS REMAINING AMOUNT AND I WILL NOT PAY ANY REMAINING AMOUNT.
I have attached the screenshot of phonepe payment slip, audio call recording and call history in the mail.
Please reply on mail instead of calling.
I hope you understand and action on it. immediately.
