Dear sir,
i availed commercial loan from m/s kamdhenu enterprises situated at 1st floor, mahavir complex, ahmedabad. My vehicle no. Gj-01-bu-8729. We paid all amount by balaji enterprise who is broker of m/s kamdhenu enterprise. All amount and dues paid in 2015. But m/s kamdhenu enterprises is not responding for closer process and not issuing no objection certificate. Due to they have dispute with balaji enterprise. And i also visit your branch situated at 3rd floor, baleshwar square, iscon circle, sg highway, ahmedabad. I meet mr. Devang kapadiya but he didn’t get proper response from your branch. They told i have to contact mr. Manish jain who is owner of m/s kamdhenu enterprises regarding noc. I tried to meet mr. Manish jain but he is not giving time and he answered on phone that he will issue noc to m/s balaji enterprise. But they having dispute regarding their internal business matter. And balaji enterprise police case against m/s kamdhenu enterprises.
Why i have to suffer in their internal problems. I have all payment receipts of m/s kamdhenu enterprise and m/s balaji enterprise. And also checked at your branch that my loan account is closed
please help in this matter and arrange noc as soon as possible.
