Shriram Finance — Harsh and aggressive speech of staffs to customer, like goondas

I have purchased a tractor loan from shriram finance and i am paying my due installments regularly without fail. now i have pay only the last payment.they are saying to pay 70, 000 rs instead of 12000 RS. and they have added more charges and interest.i have asked the company staffs for my balance amount to be paid and the statement. they are refusing to give the breakup and behaving like goondas with harsh and aggressive speech of staffs to customer,

please advice. to whom i have to complain about the staffs and also the company
