I have housing loan in guntur branch. Andhra pradesh. Housing loan account no. Shlu0000096. I submitted appl for issue of outstanding balance amount to close the loan on 15.03.2020. But still guntur branch people are not responding not properly, most irresposible towards customrers. It is most necessry to me. Who is resposible to the additional interst even i am ready to close the loan. Abnormal delay. Pl take necessary action and rectify my problem immediatly.
