Have booked a house (Villa#0176) in the Shriram Chirping Grove project. The booking was done
on 30th july 2022. I have paid Rs 2, 00, 000 as a token amount for the same.
As you know during the booking time the sales team just asks to pay the booking token and they
somehow convince the customer to do it today only else the price will increase blah blah. The sales
team had asked to make the payment first without informing about the cancellation conditions and
after the payment was made the booking form was filled and there also they just support to fill the
required data and just select the terms and conditions. This is not the right thing being followed.
There is an error in the application form as well that i had booked the 4BHK villa but application form shows 3BHK, this was also told to Sajal during i was filling the form.
Now due to some personal reasons i had to cancel the deal and i had informed the same to Sajal
Tiwari (Sales team) on phone on 8th Aug 2022 and to Umamaheshwari (Manager – CRM) on 9th
Aug 2022.
I formally sentout an email for the cancellation on 12th Aug 2022.
However the deal is cancelled i would request you to send me the token amount i had paid on 30th
July 2022. This booking token amount is now illegally blocked by Shriram Properties.
I have got a response from Uma that it is non-refundable.
I sent out an email notice to refund my amount to their crm team on 16th August and I got a response from them that they are not refunding anything on 19th August 2022.
Later i sent out a notice letter through registered post on 20th August 2022 and did not get any response on the same.
