[Resolved] Shriram Public Network — Fraud company cheated me for Rs.20000 | |||
Hello Sir Myself Jagpal Negi from Mumbai. I have been cheated by company from MP Nagar Bhopal named as Shriram Public Network Plot No.72, Aditya Avenue 3rd Floor, Zone 2, MP Nagar, Bhopal, MP. Involved person: Sanjay- Marktg (Main culprits) Ph. [protected] Vikas Patil (owner) Ph. [protected] Ashish (Marketing) Ph. [protected] Nikhil Bhai (VC Shopee MP) Ph.[protected] (He is mediator between us he knows everything about Sanjay and Vikas Patil) As per telephonic talk with Vikas Patil (owner of the company) and Sanjay and Ashish their above company is dealing in ayurvedic medicine and I suppose to join their company as distributor. For distributorship in Mumbai they ask me to deposit Rs.20000 as deposit and they will send Stock of medicine value of Rs.40000 their medicine within next 1 or 2 days as stock to deliver in Mumbai. As per telephonic talk with Sanjay he asked me to deposit Rs.20000 in their Axis Bank account No.[protected] (I have proof of deposit bank slip- attached) in the name of Vikas Patil. On 2nd September 2016 I have deposited Rs.20000 in the account given as above and confirmed from their side also. But soon they received amount they start ignoring my calls they even didnt send any product or stock to me. From the date I deposited amount to their account they never call me back I only calls them frequently but they never pickedup my calls. When I asked reason they said some documents problem, sometimez login problem etc.etc. I even told them to refund my money but initially they never gave me proper reply now he Sanajy told me that it will take atleast 21 days to refund my money. But I have doubt they will never refund me my money as per their behaviour. Non of them pickingup my phone calls. I am taking help from media as well, their also I have some reliable sources. I am doing this as per their instruction step by step. My request you to sir please help me how to recover my money i will be highly obliged. Becuase I deposited money in some other personal name account named as vikas patil as per telephonic talk with sanjay . They are only using company name and goodwill. It was my fault and misguided by Sanjay who is main culprit. Making enquiry about Rs.20000

Asper enquiry Shriram public Network company is genuine company and not involed in this fraud. Becuase I deposited money in some other personal name account named as vikas patil as per telephonic talk with sanjay . They are only using company name and goodwill. It was my fault and misguided by Sanjay who is main culprit.

Mr. Jagpal Negi as u also know that this complaint is very lossable for me and also companey.
And i also remember u that i told you if this complaint will not removed by you I will complaint against you because i have lossed very badly my working profile and my companey profile is also getting fall along this complaint.
