Midway they changed their strategy and increased prices by 5% and offered 15% discount to Titanium Members. Simultaneously they started offering 15% off to all resellers through a promo code.
So the Rs. 15000 which i paid was of no use because any ordinary person associated can get product at reduced (15% less) rates.
Earlier they used to deal in SURAT brands but nowadays they have started focusing on selling REPLICAS which might have quality issues.
I am completely dissatisfied with their support and accounting team. They do not provide GST complaint invoices as a result of which we can't file gst returns. I have dropped them mails since 3rd Oct 2018 every day and multiple reminders on Whatsapp and today is 17th Oct and I still haven't received invoices for the purchases done in September . So i wont be able to file GST return by 20th Oct which is the deadline. As a result I will not be able to get GST input credit. Last month I also faced same problem but ignored.

In this era of cut throat competition, you should atleast have processes and systems in place so as to serve your existing resellers to retain them.
Products are available everywhere. Service is the differentiator. Best of luck.
