I joined this company in month of october 2016 and left in feb 2017. It was told by HR that this is start up company and so we have such small infrastructure but they reality is that they treat their employees like animals. Once you are in, they expect sale from very first day. instead we must expect a hygienic working environment. here the infrastructure looks like some local shop who keeps the readymade dress material stock. there is no proper treatment from owner. Infact owner Mrs. Kalpana is Advocate and Mr. kalpesh Don't even have sense how to talk to employees he always gives bad words and speak **** things. They really don't know how to behave with employees. There is no proper washroom for employees and due to low hygienic environment the employee life cycle is for only 3-4 months. They don't provide a proper incentives and instead they make employee agree on lower salary what we were earning and inform that they will give increment more than what we are having actual in 2-3 months. There are no HR policies. people just run away of this company. the infrastructure is such a blah and these people expect employee to be as MNC and corporate. They dont provide incentives to employee and give only one reason that we are not performing. They are the big cheaters please do not join this company.

I started reselling from Shruti Creation and have been their regular customer for more than 1.5 years and bought their Annual Titanium Membership for Rs. 15000 which entitled me to 10% additional discount on single items.

Midway they changed their strategy and increased prices by 5% and offered 15% discount to Titanium Members. Simultaneously they started offering 15% off to all resellers through a promo code.

So the Rs. 15000 which i paid was of no use because any ordinary person associated can get product at reduced (15% less) rates.

Earlier they used to deal in SURAT brands but nowadays they have started focusing on selling REPLICAS which might have quality issues.

I am completely dissatisfied with their support and accounting team. They do not provide GST complaint invoices as a result of which we can't file gst returns. I have dropped them mails since 3rd Oct 2018 every day and multiple reminders on Whatsapp and today is 17th Oct and I still haven't received invoices for the purchases done in September . So i wont be able to file GST return by 20th Oct which is the deadline. As a result I will not be able to get GST input credit. Last month I also faced same problem but ignored.

In this era of cut throat competition, you should atleast have processes and systems in place so as to serve your existing resellers to retain them.
Products are available everywhere. Service is the differentiator. Best of luck.
