Shruti Creation — Taken Money against products support suscriptuon but after that no response

I paid Rs 4130/ for 1 year fee against dropship business and their products catalog but once paid all numbers became unresponsive. No one is picking call or responding back on whatsapp.
Pl see if some action can be taken in this regard.
