[Resolved]  Shruti Creation — no support/response, poor services, refusal to refund amount given for website development

Shruti creation (Style touch private limited), is a fraud company, we had paid approx rs. 12000/- for website creation and domain purchase (For handicraft products), after that we have faced a lot of issues and concerns with shruti creation, regarding the services.

Their dashboard is out dated, category selected not able to see on website, product image uploaded not able to see on website. Their services are really poor and not up-to the mark. Everyday we are facing lot of issues which for them it takes days to resolve. We have been following up continuously to resolve the issue but no permanent solution has been provided.

The concerned person we were in discussion with has left the organization and we have not even been informed that who shall be our next spoc, in the organization we have been asking to speak and meet the senior person but employees have been not told not to connect with their senior authorities at any cost.

We have been asking for resolution for past 3 weeks now, spending days but no resolution has been provided till date. The organization and its employees are not taking our issues and concerns seriously and not providing a solution at all and ignoring our mails as well.

While asking for refund of the amount over the mail, the company has not reverted on the same and is asking to provide a solution but till date has not provided the same.

We have all the communication over the mail for the same.
