Shubh Nivesh — Unable to encash won lottery | |
Dear Concern, I would like to draw your kind attention regarding my harassment for encashing one winning lottery. Please be informed that myself RAMANANDA SARKAR, resident of Rathtala, Barobagan, Chisurah, Hoogly, West Bengal-712103.I purchased DEAR ticket of 19.03.2020 of 4pm and I won Rs.1250 out of that.I purchased that ticket from a counter near Howrah station .After that day, lockdown implemented all over India and when I contacted many counter of my home town Chisurah they asked me to contact with Howrah counter from where I purchased the ticket.But there are no railway service going on and I am unable to visit Howrah .
