Shubh Yatra — not able to get in touch after booking the package

I booked a cab rental package with shubh yatra. I have given the advance of 10000 rupees. Now after booking the package and giving the advance their phones are switched off and they are not replying on their mail. Please see the attached snapshot for the details. Please suggest what to do and how to get our money back. Due to this now we have to book another cab.
