[Resolved]  Shubh Yatra — non clearity in advertisement

Dear Sir,

Please find herewith attached advertisement of IRCTC claiming that Now get "10% off on your AC Ticket fare as railway points ." based on this advertisement i have applied for shubh yatra card believing that its Govt subsidery and without reading more details.

After I recieved the card I started buying 3 tyre AC tickets even though I was a regular sleeper class passenger in view of gaining points but to my surprise my points since January 2009 were 0 (zero). When I approached the Shubh yatra I was told that the scheme is vaild for only 2 tyre and 1 tyre A.C . I literally felt cheated. hence i am taking pain in writing to instruct SHUBH YATRA to edit there advertisement to avoid my friends to not fell prey to advertisements and waste there money.

I shall be gald if you can arrange for Refund of the Card Charges and difference amount of three tyre A.C and Sleeper or as a speicial case the Company can add those points enabling me to cash it at later stage.
