Dear sir subham housing development finance my loan applied date 04/04/2018 harakram loan account no bh1518321 loan cheque no 615819 loan amount 1212231 but not debit my account case of documents rasaon so i will cancel the loan. And all documents complete and applied reloan but not my loan anosi not send head office reloan applied date 08/08/2018. My loan first installment deducted in my account 13619.53 in account number [protected] and my documents hp in subham housing development finance so my loan clear not clear then delete ho of subham housing development finance

I had applied a loan from shubham housing 4 months back i have signed all stamps and loan agreement past more then three months till now the payment has not been released to builder and they have charged interest @12%, they are also reular following up but there is no revert from your jodhpur office also head himanhu and anubhav je are not picking calls not talking properly.

I applied for home loan i gave all decoments and login charge 6000 to mr. Arif who is working as a agent cont. Info. ([protected], [protected]). Arif told me that the interest rate are just 7% to 8% but as i came to know i decided to leave bcoz of high interest rate 18% my rejected application no. (Appl[protected]. I want my money back file charge is 2600.in this area agents are making fool to people by applying extra charges. Resolve my problem as soon as possible refund my amount 6000 as soom as possible otherwise i will raise another complaints to rbi and email to rbi department against shubham finance and home loan company

Iam many time visit your company but your staff not provide proper information every time different answers Conan isuu but answers different actually iam submitted emi due date change application in January month 4 month Gon but my application not proceed when iam visit your branch your staff attacks on me and very ruf language use iam so errited because I am many time visit any time worng information provided me very third class company iam visited form 50 kilometer what is your responsibility no si iam transfer my loan to another loan company to better service so what process to transfer Lian please tell me on mail

30/01/18 your loan was approved i am coming in jodhpur branch in 01/02/2018
With stamp 2/500, 2/100, 2/50 for agreement signed 01/02/2018 agreement signed by jodhpur branch in hand over my original property paper.
Jodhpur branch staff called me after 3 day your loan amount check in hand over. I have come in after 4days branch your approval was not provided
08/02/2018 massage in my mobile number your loan application was rejected. I was shoked
Sir please check my loan application who was problem in my approval.

Many reasons not approved my loan for me i have shoked for this results. Muthut finance company was offered me 1390000 loan but not approved only for legal process i have attached offer letter muthut finance company. But your company we all over are completed my profile not approved my loan. Please check my all over profile and my loan was approved. But not approved my loan i have resion in written for me. I am submitting the fir against subham finance ltd 420 for me nearby police station.

I had experience with shubham housing fraud, initially they told interest rate will be 10% but after loan sanction. They told you need to pay 12% interest rate.

Its really shameful act by shubham housing. I will never recommend, beware with shubham housing finance fraud company.

Other banks are taking 8% of interested but they are really shameful on taking 12% of interest rate....

We had received cheque bounced in our bank statement on[protected] but physical bounced cheque with memo is not received till date and icici bank share dispatched details (I. E. As per icici record same is showing delivered on[protected] vide swift air express pod no[protected] to your communication address).
Please check and revert on urgent basis

They have not given any single written document mentioning about the details and deduction.

Charging interest without given any loan amount.

Worst home loan company, never take the loan from this worst company.

I have been applied for loan on 3rd August and it was told that I will get the loan amount on 14th August.

I have not received a single loan amount and they are calling that interest will deducted from your bank account.

My name is vijay bhardwaj from meerut sir i have taken a loan of 700000/- from ur company now in february 2016 i deposit 400000/- in favour of shubham finance but when i demand my loan tracker to know about installment status they tell me deposit 115/- ra for tracker and when i pay this amount he dont give me my tracker so plzz help me nd call me at [protected] otherwise i m from a news channel i can do anything for this now u can understand what i wants to tell u

I saw an ad of iphone 6 plus and i called this guy named shubham [protected] and he told he is a dealer and he sells lots of iphone and he told me the price is 38000 for iphone 6 plus 64gb and we take half cash in advance and then half cash after delivery but still i dint paid half and i paid 15000 and from last four days this is just giving excuse and no positive answer from his side..plz do somethinh..ur help is requested..i am attachin pics of his ad on quickr

We approached Mr. Yadav of your company based at Ahmedabad for Loan and applied for the loan in your company "Shubham Housing Development Finance Company" and submitted the all the documents requested by them. Later on, we have received the Sanction Letter for Loan amounting Rs. 925, 000/- on your company's letter through Mr. Yadav asked us to pay the Processing Fee of Rs. 25, 984/- for the disbursement of loan amount. We issued the cheque in favor of "Shubham Housing Development Finance Company" drawn by Indian Overseas Bank, C. G. Road Bracnh, Ahmedabad -9, Cheque No.: 847793 dtd. 12/6/13 amounting Rs. 25, 984/-. The same has been credited in your account on 14/6/2013. We are continuously doing follow ups with Mr. Yadav for more than 4 months for Loan disbursement but the outcome is NIL. Then after i mail to subham customer care and they reply your lthat your loan application has been rejected due to non-receipt of few legal documents from your end. but the already give to me loan Sanction Letter. and after reject my application the don't give return of processing fee.
