1. Reference to your loan account statement for OPRV[protected] issue date 10 April 2019 but received on 07 July 2019.

2. I would like to inform you that I have financed or taken loan of sum of rupees 19, 90, 000/-. At the time of obtaining loan/finance, I handed over 08 leafs of cheques from Serial No 645243 to 645250 on 05 December 2017 and again 10 leafs of cheques from Serial No 663941 to 663951 on 12 December 2017.

3. Now, it is brought to notice that vide aforesaid loan statement your company has levied fees as late payment/dishonour fees due to non availability of required cheques which I have already been handed over at the time of loan agreement.

4. Keeping in view of the above, I would request you to reimburse of Rs. 5099/- as it was levied on me errorounsly/fault at your end.

5. I will be greatful to you for this act of kindness.

I taken a home lone in saharanpur up in 2017 but sir your employe give me ring information about percentage of interest now today I clear this lone but your employer not give right way so plz solve my problems if you have not my problem I suside or take a legal action

My first check was delivered on wrong adresss.then after a week my check given by branch panipat.
Second transaction was also delay one week after checkout of roof by wander staff branch.
Clearing staff also come late for 5days after lenter..
Please take action against panipat branch
