[Resolved]  Shubham — Work not done for last three months

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have given my kitchen furniture work to Mr. Ashok Vaishnav Prop. of Shubham Modular Kitchen & Interior. On 19th Dec 2009 i have given advance chq. of Rs.20,000/- , after i have paid another 15,000/- in second week of Jan 2010. But till yet this Mr. Ashok Vaishnav Prop. of Shubham Modular Kitchen & Interior not done my work. He is just tell us that his problems every time. When i told him that if he does not complete my work then i'll go to consumer court, on that he replies do what ever you want.
Now sir pls help me, i have paid him Rs.35,000/- and he is taking this matter very lightly. This is my hummble request to take a strong action aginst him as soon as possible.
