Security guard of ICU is not allowing relative to meet patient in visiting hour which is morning 11am to 12pm and evening 5pm to 6pm even after I showed him the attendees card given by hospital. Security guard also stopped me from meeting our doctor, when call was given by Dr. Anil Damle. I told this to Dr. Anil Damle about this behaviour of the security guard of ICU. Requesting to take strict action against the security guard and ask him to behave well with the relatives of patient. I have added my number contact me for any further information.

    I have been contacting since April 2020 for reimbursement issue. My father was operated for cataract on 13th march 2020. I am not able to reimburse from my company due incomplete details.. I have dropped a mail to TPA team on 4th Sep 2020 but still there ja no revert.

      This is with reference to a consultation sought by my son, mr. Rohit deepak agharkar today morning at about 9.15 am. He visited your hospital to take the consultation of dr. Upadhye, general physician. Please note that my son has earlier consulted dr. Shikarkhane and dr. Upadhye as well at your hospital. He wanted to consult dr. Shikarkhane but owing to his non availability till 5th march 2020, rohit wanted to show his pathology reports to dr. Upadhye.
      The receptionist at your opd flatly refused to give rohit the appointment of dr. Upadhye stating that since dr. Shikarkhane was consulted earlier, dr. Upadhye will not not see his case!!!
      This is extremely disturbing and completely against the rules i feel. Here is a patient who needs to show his reports to the physician and shushrusha hospital opd flatly refuses on very flimsy grounds. This is extremely serious. This means shushrusha hospital does not value the heath of a patient and is more worried about weird protocol. Does this mean that the patient can suffer till dr. Shikarkhane returns on 5th march? God forbid, but who will be responsible if some emergency arises in the intervening period? I will definitely hold shushrusha hospital responsible in all fairness.
      I will also report this incident to the ima to seek justice. Please understand the importance of the health of a patient and that ranks above all other considerations surely.

        Incident occured:13th december 2019
        Location: icu dept

        We were told to sign paper of consent which is required for conducting angiography asap.
        When doctor was informed that we wud take a second opinion about the same all of sudden he got agitated and started to shout in icu.
        When the second doctor was consulted about the same we were informed that all available reports are incomplete, but every thing looks normal.
        Who is speaking the truth???

          My aunt was admitted in the hospital on 12th december was kept in icu.
          Bill was given for payment by the hospital.
          Mat and med a amount was mentioned i requested for a detailed break up about the same to the billing dept response was meet the sister or nurse in icu for the same.
          Then we were told that patient can be discharged today and come for final billing, detailed explanation and refund between wednesday and saturday no staff available.
          Now the question arises;

          1. If the billings dept don't have details then how come the amout gets decided?
          2. During admission patients are been told to deposit amount then and there itself no second opinion upon the situation then why can't the same apply to the hospital during the discharge of patients?
          3. Why should the customer or patients suffer if you are short staffed?
          4. On the notice board located adjacent to billing counter etiquettes expected from patients mentioned. Then what about should the patients expect from the hospital management if they are not even able to give clarification about any thing or any process.?

            This doctor is very rude in talk. Initially he said that he will admit my father. But after some time he came on his real nature saying do whatever you want dont bring patient and all. These professionals are to serve humans and they have oath for it and its shame to hear such bad languages from doctor like this. I strongly request to cancel his practice lincese so that no others will affect who are coming to doctors with huge hope.
            I strongly recommend not to go to this doctor.

              Patient name: mr. Paradkar. Room no. 511

              Relative of the patient has to procure medicines required for the patient. This system is very inconvenient rather inefficient and should be handled internally by the hospital.
              We have opened an account with the pharmacy below under the impression that the procurement then will be taken care of by hospital staff. But despite that we were told to fetch the medicines stating that the responsibility lies with the relatives. I am not sure the purpose of opening the account in that case.
              I also wonder if for any reason the relative is not present with the patient, would it mean the medicine/s required for the patient will not be administered to him/her?

                My sister mrs. Rao underwent bilateral knee arthoscopy and knee osteotomy on[protected] at shushrusha hospital. She was admitted to the hospital on[protected] at 4.30 pm and was discharged from the hospital on[protected] at 3pm. The room rent chargeable was for 6 days. However the bill shows a charge for 7 days. Request the hospital to refund the extra charge of rs.5060/- wrongly charged to the patient.

                  My maid was admitted in shushrusha hospital due to chest pain.. We visited her during her treatment there... The facilities were good and treatment was also very satisfied by dr sanjay tarlekar, but the hospital is quite expensive. My maid faced financial issues while making the payments.. Like any other private hospital, charges are too high and not affordable by the lower middle class people.

                    The patients heart and kidney functioning caused the patient to be admitted and its only prolonging death with medicines. The situation has already been discussed with the doctor who has been supervising her case for more than a year now. The patients age is 85 and the family members have refused any external life support systems to be used on the patient. After signing the DNR form in Shushrusha Hospital they have been charging extra for medicines, consultation fees of doctors who have been called in to check the patient without prior permission of the family members. I want to know if hospitals are allowed to do that? And if I do not wish to consult that doctor and have not asked for him why am I being made to pay his fees?

                    My grandfather is admitted in shusrusha hospital since last 3 days, the management team is just ignoring all the patients. Yesterday I was calling a cleaning boy for help, he was busy playing game on his mobile. We pay a good amount per day and this is what we get. Worst nursing facility!

                      Kind Attn: Dr.N.S.Laud [Chairman, Dr.Rekha Bhatkhande [Dean], Sub: COMPLAINT on VILAS KHADE [Lift man] => He is Arrogant, Abusive & Demands BRIBE for permitting ILLEGAL entry to Hospital Rooms. Dear Sir / Ma'am, With reference to the above captioned subject, I was deeply pained, hurt & humiliated by your VILAS KHADE yesterday, who did not give me entry to your hospital without me having a entry pass. I had informed him that my mother is admitted & Dr.Damle is attending her and that I had just brought her TEST reports to show to the doctor and I shall immediately leave after handing the reports to my sister who is present in the hospital room along with my mother. He rudely said that without entry pass he cannot allow me & that is the rule of the hospital. At this juncture, I questioned him that is all things happening only as per rules and that I further informed him that I have seen many people [i.e more than 3-5 persons of a particular patient] present in the hospital room attending their respective patient, even I had observed [Gents sleeping at night in Women Patient room] & hence questioned him that how these people have entered in with only ONE entry pass and what & which rules he is talking about. He had no answer to this but was only expressing his anger, arrogance & repeatedly forcing me to get out of the lift. Though, he could have politely informed me to exhibit the entry pass or should have advised me to meet the Administration, but he was very arrogant, unruly, and uncouth in his approach and more so he was expecting a BRIBE amount so that he can easily give me entry. On his such UNRULY behaviour & CORRUPT attitude, I too lost my cool & asked for his name so that I can make a complaint on him to the Administrative Officials of the hospital. He was very much reluctant to give his name & became more arrogant with throwing abuses and compelling me to complaint with threatening that nothing will happen to him and this is the way we all handle things in the hospital. That means, he fearlessly confirms that CORRUPTION very much exists in your hospital. Now, during this ruckus taking place inside your hospital someone [Name was requested but not furnished] from your administration had come to resolve the matter, but in his presence too VILAS KHADE was arrogant and I repeatedly in the presence of your administrative staff demanded the name of VILAS KHADE so that I can lodge a complaint with the Chairman & Dean of the hospital. Only after lot of persuasion & that I may even address my grievance with Consumer Complaint Forums in the presence of your administrative staff he was bowed down to furnish his name & he stated that he is VILAS KHADE. In view of the above, may I request you to intervene into the matter and take stern action on your VILAS KHADE and also find out all the irregularities, corruptions taking place in your hospital, so that in future you may safeguard your image not getting damaged and also for all those patients who are coming to your hospital valuing your "so called" VISION & MISSION should not QUAIL your hospital. I shall await your prompt action & response on my grievance addressed herewith, failing which, I may not hesitate addressing my grievance with well reputed MEDIA channels to conduct a STING OPERATION to expose all you irregularities & corruptions taking place in your Shushrusha Hospital.                         My brother was admitted in Shushrusha Hospital Dadar on 14th november 2010 in ICU. Doctors advised us to operate him immediately. We have to arrange Rs. 30,000/- as Bank was closed and we are very far away form our residence. But in emergency we arranged the deposit amount other money for operation. OK everything well done.

                        After day or two my brother was discharged from the Hospital, at the time of discharge our floor Nurse...

                        Do not ever ever go to shushrusha hospital in nerul. They r big cheats and liars. I was told to pay rs. 50, 000 for 2 days of hospitalization of my relative. The worst part is that they put him in icu and didnt tell him for what? Here they admit even a person with fever to icu just to mint money.. Beware... Beware... Doctor s. R. Tarlekar is a big sweet talker who gets the gold out of you by giving you peanuts... Beware beware...

                        I strongly agree with the comment which has been put as Dr S.R.TARLEKAR although he is not cardiac he performed angiography & reports what he had given have no head ot tail. None of the surgeon was able to make out what he has done & even they sai this Dr is fake.

                        If we can come together to file case against him we can save many people lives & money.

                        Pls think over & lets take strong action against him.

                        I dont know the persons recommending this doctor and hospital are directed by doctor to give goody goody comments. I strongly agree, doctor is very rude and is not advisable to any one. Atleast I am not going to advise in my known circle to visit this hospital.
