Shuttl — harassment, poor service and monetary loss.

Hello Team,

First of all your app was not working today. Location update was not working. Still I was waiting at the pickup point 15 mins earlier your bus rather than taking left hand side picking up customers left from right hand side untraceable. Secondly app was not working so I couldn't cancel and reschedule my ride and today is my parents anniversary and I am late and utterly disappointed. Still my pass is blocked I cannot make further booking customer care was busy at this critical time. Worst experience I had today being a regular customer. Now I rook cab and ending up paying 400 rs instead of 70rs . How can a server go down on a weekday? What about the harassment, struggle and wastage of money I have to incur. In today's world of cloud a server is never supposed to go down. Do amazon go down on black Friday or Walmart. Poor service entirely. Where was the alternate server or cloud server?

Comments

These people cancel the shuttle any time without prior notifications. Also they stopped the route all of a sudden in weekdays and on weekends they extend the validity so that customer can not be able to use the service. Also for refund they never provide. Vary unprofessional attitude. No one should use the services of Shuttl.
