Shuttl — misbehaviour and threat from driver

I have been a regular shuttl user, but today, i. E 19 th july, i have boarded vehicle: wb 19k 1946 from ecospace at around 7.50pm. Once i have taken the shuttl, i pressed boarding and my application absolutely wrked fine and it showed succesful and the boarding number disappeared and arrival time was shown. Now the driver suddenly stops the vehicle in mid road and asks for boarding id, since it was not more showing in his app, he said me to get down twice in between road and forced me to book another ride. His attitude was fairly harrasing for being a passenger. Kindly have a check on this particular driver which i came across. It is utterly disgusting to see such drivers who thinks that the cab belongs to them and can fairly do anything with passenger. Probably he wanted me down from cab so that he can pick some random passengers from route and charge them money. I dont pay in this application for my rides to face this sort of issue. Kindly have a look into this if possible asap, if people like that are faced again, i will make sure that this sort of people are dragged to a police case for harrasement.
