Shuttl — shuttle app - refusing to refund money

I booked the shuttle from shuttl app today. I was there 10 mins prior, it did not picked me up from source location. It was in too much hurry.

I am trying to rescheduling it. It is not allowing me to reschedule as no car available.

There was no available slot after that to reshedule. They run very few cabs. They are giving excuse that 6 passengers taken that ride all right. But i was the 7 th just behind, may be not in a group of those people. It does not mean cab will not allow me 10 secs to board. Biggested issues they do not provide driver contact no to avoid these situation. When they are taking money on prepaid basis, it should also be their responsibility to chk if he is just there waiting to board, rather than giving stats of how many person onboarded. If they operating it like a bus, take the payment on postpaid basis. There is no point charging 93 rupees and flying the shuttle like a police van and giving stats later on to deny refund. Absolute rubbish.
