Shuttl — shuttle late and didn't even stopped and went over the flyover

I am standing in middle of the road right now because of shuttl. It was last shuttl driver went over the flyover and not stopped at the point. The number was 9204 (Force) which was late 40 minutes and it was last shuttle and i talked swati the supervisor and she said we will refund back your ride.
Firstly it was last shuttl can't be rescheduled
Secondly didn't stopped at pick up point
Thirdly they said driver is saying he stopped (I i asked them tell me driver details they didn't.)
I asked them tell me people who are in shuttl talk to them ask them but they didn't.
I told them my salary will be cut today what will u do (Providing a ride coupon).
Please do not trust them they will leave you in the middle of the road with a coupon.
Note: i[censored] dont have to be in office on time then only go by shuttl. If you have meeting or something don't trust them.
I lost my salary
Waited for an hour
Standing on the road
Cant do anything
Managers scolding
Humiliated
Utterly disappointed
Most important they will not do anything
Vivek and swati both the supervisors can do anything and manager anubhav is never available. They cant do anything will only give u a ride coupon.
