Siddhi Developers — lift facility and meter not available after possession

Hi,
I booked a flat in phase 5 room no 302 in june 2017 through mw developers. After paying final payment it was told that lift facility will be provided and meter would be installed. There is no sign of improvement and there is case going on as per rera website. Builder have already taken advance maintenance for 1 year still lift is not working and no meter has been installed.
