Hi,
I booked a flat in phase 5 room no 302 in june 2017 through mw developers. After paying final payment it was told that lift facility will be provided and meter would be installed. There is no sign of improvement and there is case going on as per rera website. Builder have already taken advance maintenance for 1 year still lift is not working and no meter has been installed....

I along with my relatives had booked flats in a project called siddhi city, located in badlapur east, four years ago. We have each deposited a payment of 95% of flat value to the developer Mr.Aggrawal of sidhitech developers located at sunshine towers in dadar east.
Despite our almost entire payment in four years only the foundation has been erected at the badlapur site for our alloted building. Balance towers...

Pullaya Yadav owner of the Plot at S.No. 648/1, 650 part and 650/2 Gundlapochampally Mysammaguda, Medchal Mandal, RR Dist, Sree Siddhi Developers captured our land and applying muscle force on us when we are asking to return back our plot. We have given letter in local Police station, MRO office, Grampanchayat office but no support....

Sree Siddhi Developers is running a project in Hyderabad at Bahadurpally loaction(Srinivaasam), this is under survey no 648/1 & 650 at Mysammaguda, Medchal Mandala. Here people have purchased around 300 open plots in the year 1990's & they have all linked documents with EC still on they names. Sree Siddhi Developers - Srinivaasam is illegally selling plots in open market with duplicate land...
