[Resolved] Siemens — Customer Service | |||
I have made a complaint for a service call to fix my siemen's dryer over 48 hours ago. My complaint number is[protected]. To this date I have not received any call or communication from Siemen's on when they will send a technician to fix the problem. Multiple calls to their 800 number only give " we have updated our system" response. This is the worst service one can expect from a multinational like Siemens and I will definitey never buy a Siemen's applicance again.
