My complaint no[protected] registered on[protected]. My Washing machine is in warranty Service engineer visited on[protected] and informed me the board has to be replaced and it will done in 1 or 2 days on 23rd one lady called from siemens office and informed me that the board will be changed in 4 days. After 23rd even after 5 reminder call to toll free number as well as siemens office no. nothing happend nobody responding properly and everytime they are saying it will 2 to 4 days i dont know when it will get resolved.     Till now no solution has been taken he is doing Fraud to company You can check the Mobile Numbers called and the called directory Company Bills paying whole amount... but why to pay he is doing fraud and just asking for hikes which is not worth Please take serious action against him as soon as possible

      I have registered the complaint in Siemens website.. after 3 days they have called and got the address.. 5th day they reached the home after registration. They came and removed the top of the washing machine and just watched and said drum is weak, water pipe weak .. thats all just few minutes .. for that they charged 800rs .. they are the real blood suckers.. with in few seconds they are telling service charge 800rs.. and confirmed this bill is valid for only 1 month .. if you want to change the drum and pipe it will cost around 10, 000.. Dont go for the siemens customer care

        My Siemens washing machine inner drum became loose, the service person from www.SOLUTIONSERVICES.biz an authorized service center of Siemens came to my home and told me its broken due to over load. I was advised that inner drum cost is 12500 + 2250 for Rubber gasket replacement. I was amazed that within 18 hours i got a call back saying machine had been serviced with new parts and was ready to be delivered. Upon arrival, i open the machine only to find the same dirt, lint and residue still on the rubber gasket which had not been replaced and the inner drum with over 1000 scratches which could tell that it was a used inner drum or even say nothing was wrong and they used the same parts and simply replaced the rubber strap in the back of the outer drum which was the only thing that looked new. After calling the service center they insisted it was new and asked me to pay 14750 for servicing and parts. After i told him I will call Siemens head office to lodge a complaint he offered to take back my machine and resevice it and replace with new parts. I have taken pictures of the said new inner drum and condition of the newly serviced washing machine and want to post it on this forum for all to see. If a trusted brand like Siemens has authorized service centers that cheat customers I am very upset and now even wonder if the part was even required to be replaced. I look forward to a reply from Siemans in regards to this matter.

            I have purchased Siemens washing machine with Electronic board for Rs:27000/- on Jan 2012 and the warranty expires after two years.It has been noticed on last week that the machine not working. I had contacted Siemens service centre in Kannur Kerala. They said just to have a look they will charge Rs 800/-He came and checked the system and advised that the board is having complaint. They will not repair the board, they will only replace it with a new one. I paid Rs 800/-service charge without repairing it.After few days they called and told me that the board cost is around 10000/- . The whole washing machine is only 27000/-..Do I need to pay Rs:10000/- to work my two and half year old washing machine What a daylight robbery by the Siemens.This is how Siemens operate. They are simply cheating customers..!!!

              I have a front loading washing machine at Kochi, purchased 10 years back. Recently, the power started tripping whenever the machine was switched on. I had registered the complaint last week with Siemens customer care. However, the local service agent closed the complaint with out my knowledge or any engineer visit. I have registered the complaint once again with the number[protected]. Still there is no response. Siemens service is the worst. Every time i call the customer care center, i am told that the system is upgraded and they cannot take my call now.                 till yesterday I was a happy customer showing off nicely washed utensils in my seimens dishwasher to all from last three years. Must have recommended ur machine to numerous people. But today morning it stopped drawing in water. I thought no issue, first breakdiwn in three years. I call customer care to send someone for debugging and repair. And now I realise what absolute poor, third rate service is available for seimens. I have been calling customer care since morning. They are not giving a complaint no. the call centre executive are telling me ki madam system down hai. Since morning I have been getting this reply. Such a nice company as seimens has tied up with defunt people for customer care. Now ill tell everyone and alsi every who is reading this never buy seimens, jab tak chala ti chala phir there is no after sales service. U have also tried every no. Given online for Ahmedabad service centres but all are no longer in existance.

                  I have made a complaint for a service call to fix my siemen's dryer over 48 hours ago. My complaint number is[protected]. To this date I have not received any call or communication from Siemen's on when they will send a technician to fix the problem. Multiple calls to their 800 number only give " we have updated our system" response. This is the worst service one can expect from a multinational like Siemens and I will definitey never buy a Siemen's applicance again. The service is just not accpetable

                    The machine I have purchased was already WET and all the accessories are already fitted with Machine. I have complained in Chroma as well as Siemens. But both are not taking responsibilities. Even siemens manager is not even interested in giving response of my phones. They are now not replying my phone calls. And chroma store is also not interested in resolving my query as they are just interested in just selling products not in customer satisfaction. They are also not responsing my phone calls. What should I do?? Please Guide me how to handle with this problem??

                      I bought Siemens Washing Machine, WM14S790GC, on Dec. 9, 2011 from Siemen’s Preferred Dealer, D J Appliances, Mumbai 400054 for Rs 56, 000: a price much higher than comparable machines in market. On the hope that Siemens will be superior to others. Alas, my hopes were entirely belied. Within just 2 1/2 years of buying(and just outside of warranty period of 2 years), the machine has conked off, showing error code F 57. A technician came home and made a cursory examination to say that the Motor Module needs to be replaced at a cost of Rs 9940/- plus visit charges of Rs 800/-. After 10 days and several mails/phone calls to Siemens Customer Service about the unconscionably high charges and early repair requirement, their technician came and replaced the part. He gave me a princely discount of 25% on the part, but still the damages came to well over Rs 8000/-. Don’t go on the assumption that a pricey machine from an MNC is better suited to you. They are probably a lot worse than a much more reasonably priced Indian or for that matter a Korean appliance.

                        Our Siemens washing machine IQ700 broke down with an F57 error and even the door could not be opened. The clothes are sitting in it. We called the service centre on 28/8/14 at 1.30 pm, explained the situation. Were told that the standard time was to send someone within 48 hours, but will someone on urgent basis and the call centre 'escalated' the complaint. Today it is more than 48 hours, we have made numerous calls to their service centre and every time the same promise that someone will come, but nobody has turned up as yet. We sent E-mails to them, with cc to the global siemens address. Only automated replies come from the global centre, and not even that from the local Indian address - but no person replies or does anything. When asked to speak to a senior person twice, both occassions there is a same standard reply that they are on other calls and they will call back in 2 hours - but no one ever calls back. Seeing below in this forum, I realise that I am one of numerous dissatisfied Siemens customers. Just regretting why at all I went for a Siemens product. I had thought that Siemens was a very good and reputed company; associated with Bosch; German company etc. etc. - but now I realise that just an international repute is of no use when it comes to India. Indian Managers can ruin any company of whatever repute.

                          I am staying in Ahmedabad and have a Front Loading Siemens Washing Machine which I bought in 2012. Recently due to heavy rains, and moisture, the machine was not working & I called the Toll Free Number on 26th July and their Engineer came to check the machine. He said that some part may need replacment and he will come back on 28th July Monday. He called today evening and said that parts worth Rs.7500 would need to be changed. Coincidentally, weather had dried up, and the machine had started working on its own since today morning and 2 lots of clothes were washed. This leads me to conclude that a reputed company like Siemens has a bunch of crooks running its service centre in Ahmedabad who are out to only fleece customers. I will NEVER buy a Siemens product again, and will inform all my friends in Ahmedabad about this sad incident.                             I used to hear abnormal sound when the machine runs fast . I called your Trichy service Engineer on 02.06.2014 He responded that person will come from Karur service centre with in a week time . I waited for a week and called again on 10.06.2014 . He answered in the same way. Till then I am calling and has not been responding . I believe Siemens product & service. But your service Engineer has not been right . (34 days completed). Therefore the additional details as given below: Date of purchase : 06.12.2010 Model : WM 07G06IN/02 Job Card Book 109239 Product : Washing Machine Service Engineer Name : Mr. John Warranty card dt. of expiry : 12.12.2012 Now the Washing Machine is under repair and useless. You service is deficiency (34 days completed). I hope you DO THE NEEDFUL Kindly tell me what to do with my Washing Machine.                               icomplaints have purchased Siemens washing macine with Electronic board firrs25000/-. the warranty expired after two years. Because of the higher. AMC Cost(4500/-) I did'nt take it.The Yhird year After a A wash completed.I switched it off.Next wash After a day The machine refused to work. I called the Siemens service. They said just to have a look They will charge Rs 800/-They came and said the board is having complaint They will not repair the board They will only replace it with a new one.and said they will order it and collected service charge Rs 800 without repairing it.After few days they called and told that The board cost is around 9000/- together with service it cost 10000. The whole washing machine is only 2500/-. What a daylight zrobbery by the company.is this how Siemens operate. They are cheating customers

                                I bought a Siemens washing machine worth around Rs.30000/- and after 3 months its rubber gasket was seen torn off about 1 cm: as seen in attached photo, due to manufacturing defect.I was told that the machine had full warranty for 2 years when I bought it. But when I contacted the seller m/s Big C and the customer care they deny the warranty for the said gasket.

                                  Dear Siemens, The fridge that we have taken for our flat is not in a working condition. It's installation was done by Siemens engineer Mr.Prajith on may 21st a day prior to our house warming. On may 22nd the fridge functioned in the morning, but by 5pm I noticed the reduced cooling in my fridge. Thinking it could be the children opening n closing the fridge I had let the fridge set for an hour. The children had complaint that the ice candy they made wasn't getting frozen despite over a 3 hour wait. Even the kids found it funny how a fridge couldn't meet their little requirement. Things grew worse as i noticed the food i had kept starting producing a foul smell and hence all the party food was spoilt causing a lot of inconvenience on a very important triple celebration day. Within no time the freezer too failed, followed by malfunction in the dispenser. I had over 20 guests that night and I was embarrassed I couldn't provide them ice or cold water. After great difficulty I had moved all my food to my house 20 minutes a drive through the city. I had to pick things driving in and out of the city thanks to the fridge. I had to borrow space from my neighbour for my quick needs causing an unnecessary inconvenience for them too. After reporting to siemens, the engineer was sent over next day for checking the fridge. After resetting the fridge I was proposed a positive outcome. Within 1 hour of resetting by the engineer I switched on my fridge and 12 hours post leaving the fridge to re cool and function, I found the fridge working fine. But yet again on may 29th, 2 days after the "brand new" fridge being fixed I am going through the same problem. The ice failed at the beginning I reported it to Mr.Anish and the engineer Mr.Prajith. Immediately followed by the dilute of cooling in the fridge. The freezer seems to act like a fridge, with a cooling temperature of 2 or 3 degrees Celsius. Mr.Kenneth, our interior designer had also requested the problem be fixed. My husband has had a word with Mr.Vinod Nair. I haven't received any followup and solution, leaving me clueless on how to solve my fridge problems. During purchase discussions I had mentioned clearly about how important the fridge with an option of ice and water dispenser is for me. I regret having cancelled the order of my Samsung fridge much to the confidence of the Siemens. I am very disappointed that the appliance failed to meet my minimum requirements. It is quite improbable a situation like this happen to a Big brand like Siemens. I appreciate ur speedy response and willingness to help. But i want to return the product as I am through with its troubles. The fridge is a 100% fail and I am very unsatisfied with it. I don't want to have technicians walk in n out examining it like a laboratory test machine. Looking forward to Siemens team solving my problem.                                     I bought a Siemens Clothes Dryer (E-Nr. WT46S513TR/23 FD[protected] about 11 months ago. I preferred Siemens brand due to being German brand and having really high quality products. A week ago while my wife was opening the cover (where we put the clothes in) by its handle, the handle was broken. After that we called Siemens Turkey (+[protected] and asked for a service to repair the handle. A service person came and told us that the plastic parts including handles are out of warranty and we have to pay for it if we want our machine to be repaired. I was very upset about that and told him that my wife didn’t use force or try to damage the handle, she only tried to open the cover as usual and the handle was broken. He replied that the handle is out of warranty and we have to pay if we want to have the handle repaired and added that on this series of Siemens dryers they usually experience this problem and only for this reason Siemens changed the handle type for its new series of dryer machines. By this saying he also admitted that this problem is happening to other customers and there is a problem with engineering/calculation or quality. I called Siemens Turkey ([protected]) again for telling them the issue and have them repair my handle within warranty but they refused to repair it within warranty and said that the handle is not within warranty. Now I am asking you, if a handle is broken during a regular use, is it a fault of the user or there is a problem with the design or quality of the handle?
