Dear Airtel support, I lakshmanan with Airtel from prepaid to postpaid since 2001 and I am facing couple of issues with my 121 customer care number.
1. I get all the information in kannada, please change to english.
2. Since couple of days when I call 121, I get only my unbilled amount in Kannada and no other information.

Bought the above machine on 30/3/07 for Rs 45000. Stopped working on 23/6/9. I called up the service centre number. Got thro after 3 hours, having been on hold 3 times, for 45 min each. Finally after 3 days they sent a technician who coudnt diagnose the problem. Said there could be a problem
with the electroni module costing Rs 20000 or the motor Rs 10000. This was three days ago. The technician came again today and was unable to fix...

I bought one Cordless Phone Siemens Gigaset A 160 from a big Departmental sore in Dubai. I have made several complaints about the same. I have received the Confirmation of receipt, promising a reply in 2 days. However, even after my repeated complaints in last few months, there is absolute SILENCE from the side of Siemens, Germany.
I wonder, how a company like Siemens do not take care of their own product, which they proudly announce...
