Complained about refrigerator not working on 26th July 2021. Inspite of multiple technician visits and multiple part changes, multiple calls to their ASM, BM & ZM they are unable to identify the problem. The freezer works well but the refrigerator part does not work !! I have to escalate on social media to get them to respond every time. It’s now 52 days since I complained. Had to buy a standby small refrigerator after the first two weeks. Now will have to junk the Siemens’s refrigerator and buy a quality refrigerator

    I requested repair of My Combi Oven on July 14th 2021 In Khar West Mumbai. The repair is still not complete after technicians visiting 4 times. They visited once to assess. 2nd time to replace 2 out of 3 parts required even after requesting that they do it at one time to to avoid waste of time and inconvenience to customer. Did not work. Visited 3rd time with last part and still did not work as the previous 2 parts got damaged when installing 3rd as they all needed to be installed together AT THE SAME TIME. New parts are continuously being ordered with no tentative schedule or timeline for completing. I have made over 16 calls to Customer Service line and most often they have given me a different area or regional manager to contact for further resolution. Mr, Anand for ordering parts, Mr. Binoy Paul, Mr. Yogesh Tawre, Mr. Sohail Khan and today Mr. Shaikh for checking on complaint and service visit schedule? Too many points of contact. Part required has finally come Saturday Sept 12th and I was informed that a technician will call me Monday Sept 13th to confirm appointment. No one called me from Siemens. I called customer care and was given an area manager to speak with that informed me that the part ordered is faulty and would need to be ordered again? I know the pandemic has caused many delays and issues on logistics and we need to be understanding of this but this is actually beyond a reasonable time frame. Even Audi sent for my parts from Germany because they weren't in stock and they arrived in 14 days...vehicle fixed in 3. Siemens has some other issue.

    I don't understand companies like this that treat customers so poorly and operate without any rationale or proper system in place. Its actually incompetence as there is no clarity of information. Its a shame because the products are so good but will never wish anyone experience this pain and waste of customers time and energy.

    I have samsung, IFB & hafele appliances as well and touch wood there has never been more than a 3-4 day waiting for any service or repair. Advice, when looking for appliances please see dependable serviceability as a main reason for purchase. Hope Siemens Home India can make themselves more efficient and dependable.

      1. "In 2015, Siemens AG withdrew from the joint venture Bosch-Siemens Home Appliances and the former Siemens part has been taken over by Bosch.

      2. Siemens has withdrawn a long time ago from this business and it now belongs to Bosch Home Appliances. You will have to contact them directly from their website.

      SERVICE EXECUTIVE (technician) HISTORY OVER 6-MONTH PERIOD:
      Riyaz (technician) and Prasad Kauda (supervisor) from Andheri, Mumbai

      1- tech attends once in March 2021 - replaced a part (no change in result)
      2- follow up calls over several months - calls avoided
      3- call with supervisor twice - all calls avoided after
      4- after complaint, tech calls to say a new part was ordered (without prior diagnosis), and when informed of display message on machine, changed diagnosis with no follow up.
      5- tech refuses to set up an appointment and actively avoids calls.

      SIEMENS PURCHASES:
      1. fridge, 2. stove, 3. microwave, 4. oven, 5. dishwasher, 6. clothes washer and 7. clothes dryer

      DEFECTIVE SIEMENS MACHINES:
      1. stove when new, 2. microwave when new, 3. washing machine over time, 4. clothes dryer over time.

      BOSCH TIME TO REPAIR PRE-2020:
      1. new stove: ~3 years (replaced parts over time) - now ok
      2. new microwave: ~3 years (replaced parts over time) - now ok
      3. clothes dryer - partly restored in Jan 2019 - lockdown in 2020 - part replaced in Mar 2021 - not ok.

        We have purchased fridge, micro oven, washing machine and dishwasher from dj appliances pvt ltd in the year 2016. We started facing the issue in the year 2019 we have raised complaint and so much time technician has visited our home. Also collected the charges for parts. Now in June 2021 the technician has visited and collected the charge for some spare parts but still they have not sorted out the issue. Now in our home 2 fridges, 1 washing machine and oven is not working there is no proper response from the service. We have mailed many times about the complaint. In trust we have purchased all the products in siemens but we are very much disappointed.

            More then 6 months have passed but the complaint has not been taken care of. The machine is lying useless.

            Buying from such company and paying so high price still no customer service.

            Very bad company. Never buy their products.

                  The door of the refrigerator is damaged on delivery and we were assured of a replacement. No one has contacted us for over a month. The card board and racks have just been left without proper installation for over a month.

                    We got some problems in our washing machine and we contact Siemens Service center at tiruppur Tamil nadu. In 2 Day service Man reached here and he said our sensor board got repaired need to change. 3 week's passed but no response from there even we call several times no responsible. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. We had 1 Year twin babies it's very difficult without having washing machine.

                          I have purchased Siemens Washing Machine model no WCNM59 WM10K160IN in 2016.Suddenly it stopped washing.I have made a complaint .Siemens service man came and found that Motor board got damaged and it should be replaced with new one. After 2days they called n told that board costs 5700/ which is very costly, when compared to the market price so we asked them to discuss with the company regarding price but so far they didn’t make any calls. Don’t know when my request get satisfied. Very frustrating.

                            The response and service from Siemens are horrible.

                            I registered a complaint number [protected] on 11-Dec with the call center. After multiple follow-ups a service person - Mr.Pradeep visited and concluded that he was not sure what was the problem. After multiple additional follow-ups, another person Mr.Manikandan showed up and concluded that the circuit board needs to be changed and would take 3 days to order and obtain. After we gave the go-ahead and waited for about a week with no response, we managed to find out that the call was canceled by the technician. Their supervisor/ owner of the service center Mr. Rajan promised to obtain the part and install it in a couple of days, but stopped answering calls after that. We asked the call center again and were told that a new complaint # [protected] has been raised. When we asked for escalating the issue, we were given the mobile number of a branch manager Mr. Venkatesh-[protected] and there is no answer.

                              I had bought a Siemens dishwasher (iQ500) in 2016. The machine is out of order for almost a month. The service engineer came about 15 days earlier replaced a heating element, charged Rs 4000/- but probably defect is elsewhere in some other part hence the machine did not start. The service team is not responding thereafter. Its a pathetic after sales service by the Siemens. The complaint no. is [protected] which is still unresolved.

                                I have launched compalined on 27 nov.2020 for my HOB having registered number [protected] (manish agrawal pincode-281403)but thr is no response of my complain from thr side.

                                I got msg on 2 days before that thr service engineer have completed a service visit with us which is completly wrong information as thr was no visit.
                                That is why i am saying siemens provide fake service .
                                If siemens engineer visited then they show me the signed of mine in thr complaint memo.

                                Siemens provide worst service in rural areas by hirring the engineer who have no knowledge about thr product .

                                  My seimens dishwasher not working. i raised complaint with sri sai associates an authorised dealer for repair. the technician came on 14.7.2020 and collected service charge of 800 rupees without repairing and left citing that parts are not available with him. The technician took away some parts the previous time he arrived a month back and did not return till now as a result the dishwasher is lying useless. It looks as if siemens has only such useless technicians for the job. and i want my dishwasher to be repaired immediately else I have no other alternative but to approach the consumer court.

                                    Our dishwasher was working properly, but for the past one month, we've been noticing the water was not getting hot in the dishwasher, so it was leaving soapy residue on the plates and glasses.

                                    So we called siemens service centre and asked for repair. Few days later, 2 technicians came home and checked it out, and said this might be because heating component is broken so that will need to get replaced. They said it would cost around 4000 rupees to replace heating component. Then i said okay and asked them to carry on with repair. So he said they will order the part and come again to do the repair when the parts arrive.

                                    Yesterday they said parts arrived and so they came home to do the repair. And while they were doing the repair, they messed up something, because when they switched on the dishwasher, few sparks came in the board and it short circuited i think. I was standing right in front of them while this happened so when i enquired what happened, they said they were just trying out an old board and that they were just trying to see if it works. So they put in a new board, replaced the heating component, and it was working now.

                                    So now, after all this, they gave me a bill of around 14000 RUPEES. I was so shocked when i saw this, because they said initially that it would cost only around 4000, and this is the only reason why i agreed to do the repair. And they claim it came up to 14000 because they hard to change the board also, because it short circuited, but that wasn't my problem. BECAUSE of some mistake made by the technicians who came, the board short circuited. It was working without any problems for over a year. And now, they are trying to make me pay for it by making up excuses like this.
                                    They are trying to say it short circuited because of some bugs and insects on the board. But it hadn't short circuited and they trying to say it happened because of this. It was working without any problem so obviously this was because of some mistake made by the technicians while doing the repair. I saw it short circuiting with my own eyes.

                                    But anyway, after seeing the huge bill, i told them i cant pay this big amount because i did not agree to this. So they removed the new parts they put in and put back the old ones. But now because of the short circuit the technicians caused, its not even turning on now. They completely ruined it and have caused me a big headache. Please fix this situation as soon as possible or i will have to send complaint to consumer court.

                                      I bought a dishwasher in June 2020. Since a month, there is a problem; the dishes are not getting washed properly-there is a white deposit on the dishes. One technician visited in 24 October and added some descaling powder. This did not resolve the issue. I registered a complaint again. This time the technician said that the salt chamber is faulty and needs to be replaced. It has been more than 10 days and no answer from the service centre despite multiple follow ups and reminders.

                                      This is frustrating. Buying a high-end dishwasher that goes non functional in 4 months and there is after sales service as well.

                                      I want the company to replace the faulty dishwasher.
