This is regarding my two door refrigerator, in last week of August 2020 I complain service center. Technician visited 0n 30/08/2020 after checking made remarks regarding replacement of censor and fuse, work order copy attached. To my surprise when after waiting for 2 weeks called service center for the follow up, I was told your complaint is closed and you have to register a fresh complaint and pay ₹800 as visiting charges once again to which I agreed. Inspite of that no technician came, I had to call service center once again to remind the matter. On requesting I was given branch manager contact Mr Suryavanshi mobile no.[protected] to whom I reported the matter and after perusing technician came on 31/10/2020 that is completely after 2 months and that too just made a verbal remark as earlier technician regarding replacement of censor n fuse. I would like to know have I made a mistake by buying Siemens product. A quick response is awaited.

Since last 2 months I have been complaining regarding my two doors refrigerator, twice the technicians visited but made same remarks change of censor and fuse required. Who has to do that and when will it be done.

    1. On the 15th of September, Siemens visited my new apartment to do an initial site visit. During the visit I had a provision for an inbuilt fridge with two panels. Upon examining the space and the location. They mentioned that a fridge ( KI86NAF30I) will fit perfectly in this space.

    2. One the 30th of September this was then purchased by me on the verbal agreement that the installation can be fully and completely done by the Siemens team. The product was paid for in full.

    3. On the 14th/15th of October the product arrived in my house and the Siemens team installed the product. There was an issue with the alignment and the team said they will come back to fix this issue.

    4. The team came back on the 17th and fixed this issue but said they have to come back again as there was a misalignment in the fridges overall placement. They came back on the 19th and during their work had damaged the entire top portion of the built in panels and the cupboard frame. Additionally during their installation on the 30th of September they damaged a parallel standing cupboard, this I neglected out of goodwill and the fact that an error can happen during this process.

    5. Since the 19th I have spoken to 10 people from Siemens not one has been able to give me a solution, on 21th they came with a carpenter to try and fix this but the colours of the panels were not matching.

    6. As they could not match the panels then they asked my contractor to do the job for them - To find the right panels. Now even he was not able to get the job done, as this is not hsi role to do so.

    My issue arises in the way this was all dealt with.

    - After the damage only my contractor was running around the city trying to find a solution. The team did not make an attempt to find anyone who can help with a damage that they created in the first place.
    - The team yesterday tells me there will be no refund and its "Out of our scope" to do carpentry work. Even after entering into a verbal contract with me at the end of September.

    Human error is understandable but it has happened twice with this team. Now I am left with a fridge that cannot be used, panels that are not going to be replaced and a house warming function that will be incomplete.

      I have purchased Siemens Washing model no W/M WM 12W440IN on 6/10/2019. Suddenly my washing stooped working. I have made a complaint near about 12 days ago and there was a service engineer visit after 5 days.
      He told me that your machine will be repaired with in 2-3 days. But as of now no update. I have called the siemens customer care no and they are giving reasons of covid. They are not giving me any proper date when the request will be closed. I am really very frustrated.

          We had ordered the fridge basket from siemens for our fridge.
          It ahs been more than 45 days we have still not received it yet and after calling upon the toll free number numerous times no reply was received.
          The call operators kept saying that we will receive our product within a week whereas already 45 days have passed.

            Dish washer purchased & installed on 28th June 2020.
            Service order no [protected] dated 8th August 2020. Location Surat.
            Dish washer showed error & complained launched with customer care.
            Technician visited & concluded the heat pump & power module needs to be replaced.
            Parts not available at service centre, hence requested from Ahmedabad.
            Even not available at Ahmedabad, hence informed us that the parts will come from Bhivandi to Ahmedabad.
            Parts recd on 26th August, but technician says now the problem is with Drain Pump. It will reach Surat no 27th August.
            Drain Pump not recd till 6 pm om 27th August.
            Very poor response from Service franchisee & giving false promises for repairing .Manager do not receive calls and do not call back.
            Needs immediate refund money of Dishwasher due to
            1.failure in 41 day of installation,
            2. poor response from service franchisee
            3. Non availibility of Parts.

              Siemens ( Bosch) warranty is fake, From past 3 months, my dishwasher is not working but inspite of repeated requests there is no response . They just tell that they are coming but never came, don't keep there appointments. If i call they are coming next day and then part is coming after 15 days but it will never happen

              I lodged my complaint on 4th june, after that executive came and told i need to pay Rs 4500 for repair and i told its under warranty, they told one part is under warranty and other you need to pay, what a method to charge money

              After 1 month executive called me that they forgot the visit and pls tell me the problem. i send serial number again, they told part will come by 14th august and now after complaining here, they are doing harassment calls from Bosch (Siemens), they are doing timepass, telling executive is coming from different numbers

                I purchased Siemens all range for my kitchen in 2015.
                From day one 5 burners hob giving lot of troubles, raised complaints so many times to customer care & service center, no one taken care as of now. We never expected this type of service by Siemens.
                I am brother in law of Member of parliament Mr Kesineni Srinivas How can a common man can get service when I can’t get.
                No option for us to go to consumer court in 10 days. Worst service by Siemens I can witness.

                  Despite multiple complaints and emails to siemens customer care, my complaint no. [protected] stands unresolved till date

                  Complaint: siemens dryer model no: wt44c102in not working since past 4 months 

                  For the past 4 months, i have been making repeated complaints via emails to siemens india for repair of my dryer. The service team has come and tried to repair the dryer several times by sending several different mechanics / apprentices / or trainees and all have different versions of the machine on every visit since the last 4 months.
                  The back office very conveniently sends mails on my follow up citing reasons of covid, in the last visit more than 15 days back, one mohammed naim got the part which was to be replaced but could not do the job as he said it’s a 2 person job and promised to come the next day. Then suddenly since the last 15 days no one has turned up and now the back office calls and gives an excuse that it’s coming from delhi or whatever. This is totally disgusting and most unprofessional, i have a number of times asked for the e mail id of siemens india head and world head and the office refuses to give them and it is not available on the net.
                  Hence, i am forced to lodge the present complaint.

                      It's just Five years and already Water inlet broke couple of years back and now Heavy smoke came out when machine was in Spin mode and technician suggesting to change Drum and shock absorber which might cost around 10K.

                      German Products are believed to be redundant for such errors and if a washing machine can't even complete 5 Years it's a disgrace to German consumer products.

                      Please do the needful.

                        My self swapnil parikh residing in mumbai, d n nagar andheri west, i have been using seimens washing machine, where i had no issues, so i decided to do the servicing, i had called servicing person named mohmaad nayeem, when i called him and asked what all you do in your services, he said watching, then i asked do you do drum cleaning he said yes and i asked what will be chareges, he said 800, i said comeover, he came hom, e started claining did the pipe cleaning and all then he finished in 20 mts, i asked where is drum celaning he said there is no drum cleaning we don't do it atall, he said if you want to do, get me the powder we will do, i satrt you should be carrying that pweder and i reminded him on phone you had said you will do it, and here he said no we cant, we will not do

                        Then i asked him to connect with your senoir, his name is sashi (His mobile number [protected]) firstly he was very rude to me, he does not know who to talk to customer, then i asked him this 800 charges you are taking for what, he said its visit charges, i told him if this much cleaning was supposed to be done. I would have done, he cleary dined on doing the drum clean he said you wil have to pay

                        Sashi tells me after servicing i am asking for drum cleaning, he says before my person started cleaning i should have asked him. I told him that i did asked mohammad that will the drum cleaning included. He said noting doing i will have to pay him, i said i will not pay as why was it not done inspite of saying on phone

                        Mr sashi said he will complain about me. This is utter unprofessional, did not expected such a bad service from siemens, and how rude are the staff, espcially this sashi was very veyr rude me

                        I need a the drum to be cleaned, inexpect a prompt reply on this

                          It has been around one month that no one has reached out to us yet. I totally understand and empathize with the covid situation. But, the waiting time has been unbearably long for me. This is unbelievably pathetic service provided by siemens. This wait has been long enough for me to discourage myself and anyone else in future for buying any of siemens products. Maintenance and after sales service is supposed to be equally important as the quality of the product. This needs to taught to the after sales team, in general. If not, i am sorry to tell you that you are planning to fail as a product and as a company.

                            I bought this refrigerator with model no kg57nai40i on october 2019. After 3-4 months the inverter got broke and we had to replace it. Again after 1 month there was gas leake. Now in the period of lockdown refrigerator stopped working and there was immense noise from the machine like crackers. There is absolutely no temperature control and my food is getting wasted. I am in very much trouble for last 2 and a half months nad company has refused to replace this model. Also the service is very very poor and service head doesn't even know how to talk to a customer. Being a customer i am in very much trouble during this period of pandemic and still company is not taking any responsibility for this faulty product. Dont bye this

                              Its been few weeks since complaint was registered regarding issue with dishwasher. No response for service center. They said in 48 someone will contact us. But its been 2 weeks. We called the customare service we get no proper response. We know its difficult due to pandemic. But atleast give an eta if they can come after 1 month, so we dont need to wait on them daily or make other arrangements.

                              No update from Seimens yet. Giving a call and letting us know wouldnt be that difficult i suppose. worst service.
                              Few weeks? I raised my complaint 5 months back and it is still not repaired.

                                The dishwasher starts having problem as soon as the warranty gets over i. E in 2 year 1 week i get problem, because of lockdown they weren't able to send an engineer and even after lockdown is over they dont seem to be bothered about the hassel and least bothered even after continuously complaining

                                    I am from surat, gujarat. I had placed complaint regarding refrigerator cooling issues to the respective siemens service provider in the city.
                                    Every time they send some guy after 10 days to check the problem, and say that some part is to be replaced and we have them replaced as they say. But the main problem of cooling doesn’t get solved. Every time they charge 800/- rs service charge and get some part replaced but the main problem of cooling stays there itself.
                                    Now it’s high time and frustrating us. This is the dumbest and pathetic company that i have come through the whole lifetime. I do not recommend anyone to buy siemens products.

                                    After spending a huge amount buying siemens products, the service is not guaranteed to customers and problems are not being solved.
                                    They just loot the customers in name of service.

                                    Anyways, if my message reaches company headquarters, please take some action on your surat, gujarat, india service providers because your company will eventually be vanished from the city if this happens regularly.

                                    And i own 6 kitchen appliances of siemens. But would not recommend anyone now.
                                    See to it and please take some serious action.!!

                                      I would like to complain about the chimney purchased by me a few months back. I have complained regarding the functioning of this chimney from day 1 and it seems like no solution is available.
                                      It is not useful for indian foods and the purpose of having this contraption is not to have fumes going all over the kitchen and hallroom. It does not serve the purpose for which it has been installed. Moreover every third day i need to clean the filters (Dishwasher) as otherwise oil drops drip over the stove. The steel coating in these few moths is also wearing off. I would like a replacement with a chimney suited for indian food.
                                      This was my first condition when i spoke to your sales team before buying this model.
                                      Previously i have used a siemens chimney for 15 years and have been satisfied with it and thats why i ventured to buy from siemens.
                                      Please look into this and solve my issue.

                                        Lots of brand available in market then also i choose siemens because of it's brand name and service and product quality.

                                        I had already changed its electronic operation panel of cost 8000 rs.

                                        Change its washing drum of cost 12000 rs.

                                        After changing again same drum issue found within 1 year time and because of it leakage and now water fall inside machine.

                                        Almost 50% cost i already paid for machine maintenance.

                                        Service person tell need to change drum again.

                                        What is value of brand name.
