I had bought a siemens washing machine on 29th april 2017. And on 23rd september 2019 it has stopped working. The machine wont come on.
On 24th september 2019, raised a complaint in the siemens portal (Order id : [protected]). A service engineer comes and without opening the machine confirms that the board is gone. Maybe he sees repeated such incidents and hence confident. It took a lot of coaxing from me to get him opened to see inside. Not sure, why the company is not doing anything on that.
Then he goes ordering the 2 circuit boards in the machine (Not sure which one will fix the issue). After 2 weeks he comes and plugs both inside and it still would not work. Now he goes back saying he needs to order parts from germany.

It has been another 2 weeks, and i have not heard anything from them. With multiple follow up (Follow up id [protected]), the only thing i receive is that the service engineer will come and see.

I am not sure, what to do and how long to wait.?.

Complaint:
1. Looks like this is a recurring issue, what is the company doing about it?
2. No feedback on diagnosis and repair status. Helpless customer left to only hope and pray.

    Highly disappointed with customer service. 2 months back after paying service charges again within two months the dryer stops working. After placing a complaint they say i have pay the visit charges again as validity is 1 month.. So what if a technician purposely does repair it properly am i supposed to pay charges every 2 months. The cost of service is more than the cost of machine. Highly disappointed with after sales service. I have already shifted from my siemens machine to samsung. Was fed up with the service.. Looks like same for dryer.

    I bought the product of Siemens DOL Starter on 9.10.2019 through BESTO MART TYPE: 3TW7291-1A*77 7.5HP/5.5Kw -Relay Range is 10-16Ams,

    But Received 5 HP/3.7 Kw - Relay range Same, they over write on the box and changed the Relay. i dont know how its come like this. i have have dought its Orginal SIEMENS Product

      Ever since we purchased siemens washing machine we have been facing serious problem with the product. Its showing error e17.
      We called the service station over 10-15 times n when they came they asked us to change the water adopter which was done n we paid service charges. After few months we had the same e17 problem. This time they asked us to use descaling product which we did and paid hefty service charges again without even technician touching the washing machine???
      Just 4-5 weeks n same e17 problem occurred again. We have put in complain again but every visit they want to vharge us which is ridiculous!!!
      Iam completely disappointed with siemens product and strongly condemn the company and will suggest all future customers to think twice before buying siemen product especially front poadi g washing machine. I give -10 rating

        poor after sales service for washing machine

        We have purchased a washing machine of your company on february 2017.

        1) first of all the machine was delivered after 2 months of payment.

        2) it has been 2 years since the purchase and there has been some defect in our machine at least 5-7 times till date. Every time after after we complaint, the issue has been solved at least after 30 days.

        3) recently we have complained...

        We bought a siemens washing machine a07-16 on 2007. Now while shifting they titled machine resulted to drum and outer tank get jammed. So we booked a complaint in toll free and order id is [protected] dated 17.07.2019. Service engg came on 22.07 and he said spares to be replaced and got advance amount rs.2000. Till not no response. Fraduant nature by service engg damages company brand name. They also quoted a lumpsum amount and with advance amount they went off. Such a worst behavior buy a branded company service makes nuisances to the product.

        Let me know whether they service the product or else i am ready to throw away the product

          I bought my siemens washing machine 8 years ago and had no problem till a month back. Since my first service a month back i have had constant problems with my machine... Spoke to a mr karthik but he was not helpful either... My machine is not working but even after numerous complains no one is coming to look at it... I just bought a new machine... Obviously not a siemens... Didn’t want to buy a product with such bad service. Wanted to bring it to your notice so you improve your service... Your product is good but without good service it gets a bad reputation.

          A new and expensive oven from Siemens is not functioning to our satisfaction. Every time we turn it on the mains trip. The service engineer has visited numerous times and charged us the visit fees and part fees but has not identified nor rectified the problem.

            Hi, i took this siemens / bosch machine in 2012 and i'm sorry to say but i've found it not worth the money i paid. Five years and i had to get the heater changed which costed me 8000 rupees. Again after a month i got the belt changed which costed me another 2000. Baby socks getting stuck and creating a mess has always been a problem... I fail to understand from where does it find ways to get in the system... Nobody guided me to use a zip net pouch for such small clothes... Now this time it's not the baby socks which went in... Inspite of my using a zip net pouch to be full proof my sock got stuck in the tumbler and was torn in bits n pieces... I call the service person and he advices me to change the tumbler this time... Now again i believe another 7 to 8000 more of expence... I've been using fully automatic machine from the past so many years but never paid so much in only 7 years time... Initially i had ifb and i got it changed only because i wanted something new n modern... But this turns out to be a real mess... And yes this reminds me... My first year of buying this machine (When it was in guarantee period) your heater stopped working and technician said moisture is a problem... Excuse me i stay in mussoorie and moisture cannot be avoided... You should guide properly when an expensive product like this is bought. Now i no more want this machine... Please refund me whatever you can and satisfy yourself before by sending your assigned person... I dont mind... I have all the bill's to prove my point... Thank you.

              I made a complaint for Dishwasher as it was not working properly. The engineer, Mr. Mulla visited on 1st June vide job card No[protected] . But problem continued . So I again lodged the complaint and engineer, Mr. Milind visited on 7th June 2019.
              He informed that some part to be ordered which he said he has already ordered . He informed that on receipt of this part, he will visit again and rectify/repair the machine.
              Nobody visited till date i.e. 21st June, that is after 14 days !!!
              I in between again called up the toll number and she told that the complaint will be passed on .
              I request you to take up the matter on the top priority .
              Hoping that matter will be resolved immediately.
              I would appreciate a line of conformation from end .

                I have lodged a complaint at your toll free number about repair to my washing machine on 09th of June 2019 .

                Total five days passed but my machine is not yet repaired and there is no hope of getting it repaired in next two days also.
                THIS IS A VERY PATHETIC SITUATION OF A COMPANY OF REPUTE.
                Before this I was having IFB washing machine for 15 Years. Their response of attending the complaint was excellent.My machine was never off road for more than two days. But from the day I have purchased Siemens washing machine I am facing lot of problems and now after 5 days passed but my machine is not yet got repaired.
                I think your authorized franchise M/S A One Service is not competent to give good services to customer in time.
                Delay in attending the complaint of repair will malign the image of Siemens and people will be afraid of purchasing your equipment.
                It is again requested to look into the matter personally and get my problem solved at the earliest.
                I tried to reach Mr Naveen Asree, Zonal manager Siemens Services and Mr Sachin Sharma, manager service centres but could not get good responses from them also.

                  We had approached Siemens Help desk on 11/6/2019 regarding non functioning of our Washing Machine. On 12/6?2019 Mr Anant the engineer came to check the fault and before checking the machine, he charged us Rs 800/- towards visiting charges vide receipt number[protected] dt 12/6/2019. We were told that the drum and shock absorber of the machine has broken. We were told by Mr Anant that the matter will be resolved by 13/6/2019.

                  Nobody came on 13/6/2019 and we contacted the office in the evening. A lady said that the engineer has not placed any order for replacement of drum. She informed that we have to pay Rs 10000/- for the drum. We agreed to it and placed the order, with a promise from the office that the matter will be resolved on 14/6/19.

                  The pain started on 14/6/19 when we contacted the Engineer and the lady, Ms Vidya in office. She gave us number of Satish Jadhav. He informed that we dont have the drum in stock and that it is being brought from Germany by courier. It will take 8 days to come. We lost the patience aqnd asked for the phone number of higher authorities. We were denied of providing any number. Lady Vidya started shouting at us for bothering them and that she would not help us at all. She told us to do whatever we want to.

                  We are shifting to Vizag on 18/6/2019 and thats why we are in a hurry to get the work done. But given the behavior of your staff we feel repented for purchasing a Siemens Machine.

                  If Our complaint is not attended within 24 hours from now, we will be forced to go to he social media and the consumer court.

                    We are having x ray 600 ma. This is an veterinary college in kashmir. We have contacted the concerned persons for which they have given us estimate. But it has been about two months but still we didn't got it repaired till date as they r saying the part is still yet to come..
                    Two months and still we r waiting for a part.. That's the kind of service you are providing..

                      This is to bring to your notice about the pathetic performance of siemens washing machine iq300-7kgs bought from your dealer sathya agencies in year 2016. Bill no

                      This machine is not even 3 years old but there have been frequent complaints despite "excellent maintenance" by people at home.

                      We had also signed for an annual maintenance contract (Amc) with an authorized service centre basis advise from siemens. This amc valid till 2021.

                      Now that i am totally disappointed with supply of defective product & also inability of your authorized service centre folks despite repeated complaints. Even worse is total apathy & abuse by your service centre personnel.

                      I would either want a clear problem solution or replacement of this defective product with immediate effect. For any ignorance of this complaint i am left with no other option other than to file a case against your organization in consumer court as well as claim for stress related emotional trauma.

                      It may be pertinent to note that we had used a siemens washing machine prior to this which had very few complaints...

                      Please advise?

                        Complaint – Malfunction
                        Siemens technician first attended in May 2015. Machine was functioning but he broke the door and could not repair it.
                        Dishwasher was again not working on 17th Apr 2019. Complaint lodged which was attended by Siemens Technician D. K. Singh along with one more person on 18th Apr 2019. He could not fix it and Mother Board also stopped working. Same evening D. K. Singh came Siemens Engg. But they could fix the problem. Since then I have made multiple calls but no one attended from Siemens.
                        Since I am not getting any response from Siemens I am forced to lodge this complaint on the Consumer Forum. This is a serious matter and deficiency in service on the part of company. Pl. help to resolve this matter urgently.

                          Worst service i have ever seen in my life, i requested for complaint service later on 18/5/2019 i paid 800 rs as service charge then service engineer promised me that within 7 days complaint parts will be replace which is cost nearly 1000, there after several times i had given complaint through call center, on 4/519 they told me that parts received and cost will be 4500

                            Purchased in end 2016 for rs.35k. Just 2yrs later when warranty ended - the main motor rs.13k and 3shock absorbers rs.6k are gone for a toss. Luckily i had renewed 2yr amc for rs.9k. Motor is covered, shock absorbers are not.. Total cost within 3yrs 35+8+6 = 51k. Ridiculously expensive and crap product. Will never recommend siemens. Could have bought two brand new lg machines every 3yrs. What is the premium for?? Wakeup siemens - this is as close to cheating as you can get away with

                                He said part needed to be replace and whenever the part come i will install it.
                                I have launched the complain 20 days before. But still i am facing the problem in siemens freeze.

                                This type of delay problem is not occuring first time with me. Previous problem of washing machine have been resolve by your company in one month.

                                    Terrible after sales service. Bought a senso fresh washing machine last may. It is not even a year & requires a ring replacement. Even though the machine is under warranty they want 2000/- for the ring & 500/- as service charge. Don’t understand what is the warranty for then.
                                    I have made endless calls to the showroom as well as the seimens call centre but the issue still remains unsolved. I placed the complaint on 7th jan & yet after 20 days there is no communication from their end

                                      Hi,
                                      I have taken front door automatic washing machine by considering "Siemens" as good brand.
                                      However machine is not working now, I called to engineer, he informed that repairing cost is 12000. I said okay and informed what are the chances of not break out again. He informed it can be, as you are staying in village where proper electric supply is not there. I called customer care to understand the same. He also informed that in village area they face the same problem as machine is made is Germany by considering German electrical supply and many times they received this feedback of machine break out.

                                      So Siemens should mentioned on their brochure S they are not made for Indian villages. As I lost lot of money due to not clarity provided by siemens.
                                      I asked for machine to take by them, but they are not ready.

                                      I purchased siemens thinking machine and best service but in winter seasons we are cleaning cloths with hands from last fifteen days. No support from company.

                                      Nothing happened till date. very bad company
