[Resolved] Siemens Home India — Booked products delivery delay | |||
I have booked my siemens appliances from jayanagar bangalore branch using employee referral scheme. I have booked 7 appliances (Hob, chimney, washing machine, refrigerator, dryer and steam oven. Most of appliances have been booked in 2016 and they have still not delivered them. As per them its struck somewhere in the some port and they have no idea. I have paid 50% advance long time back and its causing me mental trauma and tension. They do not respond to mails. The reference person do not pick the phone. They have simply left me hanging. We are complaining since 6 month but technicians cmng and going machine is getting hot and locked automatically its in warranty but nobody is ting up it when warranty period get over than the all demand fr money this is not right pls take step immediately
