My imported dishwasher is giving me trouble and i had raised a ticket some time in early November and we were staying in our second home around 15 kms from our regular home. Till end of NOV WE DID NOT hear about the parts and returned to our home. SOMETME AROUND mid December we gotta call about the availability of the part and since we were not in a position to go bo back we requested to hold the parts till end of Jan 2023 which the rep confirmed. WHEN we called to book the service we were told that as per the policy they cannot hold the part for more than 15 days which we were not by the company repo earlier. Now the company is asking me that it will take another one plus week to source the part.
This is very pathetic and taking the clients for a ride. I expected the company to have a inventory of spare parts at their site to avoid hand to mouth attitude of the service team.
THE staff were very unhelpful and were reading the SOP to me. If the company cannot provide onsite service then better stop selling these machines to Indian clients.
I had a very bad experience earlier also when i PURCHASED a new Dishwasher which was supplied to me in a faulty condition and your people made me to wait for another ONE month to provide a replacement.
