Dear Sir/Madame, My dishwasher stopped working 3 days after it worked for 4 years of repairs by SIEMENS Technician and it was during the guarantee period by changing the water level sensor from the left side of the Machine. This time I got a technician in Mumbai from GLOBAL SERVICESon the first day he said the CONTROL/MOTHER board costing Rs. 7800/- is defective and needs to be changed and on requesting for some reduction they said we will give SIEMENS discount of 10%. Today the same tech. came and after changing the board the problem the problem was not solved and then he changed the water sensor (its a small board with just one component). I think its the same one which was changed 4 years back, I ask the technician to connect the water sensor and put my old control board and try it out but he refused saying the sensor will be destroyed. Now the machine is working but not sure whether the CONTROL BOARD for which I had to pay Rs. 7000/- is defective or not. I have paid for the control board and Rs.500/- for the water sensor.
