Our Siemens Washing Machine stopped working because of a leakage in the pipe. The company sent a service engineer (Ashraf) after 7(!) days, citing a mix-up in their server. After the pipe was fixed (which took another 4 days), the engineer told us that there is an issue with another part and that needs to be fixed as well. THis was on a Thursday. We instructed him to place the order for that part. After 2 days of following up with him, he said that the order was placed on Saturday and not Thursday and that the part would arrive by Monday-Tuesday. On Tuesday, I called him up and he refused to acknowledge the fact that the part was supposed to come! He said that it takes 7-8 days and the company instructed him to say 1-2 days. The Company or its service engineer is straight up lying to its customers. Stay away.
