Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that regarding Dishwasher manufacturing default issue. We bought siemens dishwasher sn236101KE in from your dealer Audio Voice India pvt ltd vide there invoice num 2845 dated-07.11.2017..after a month Dishwasher leakage problem and machine never worked properly.

I registered complaints so many times for water leakage problem and always engineer came and said this is manufacturing fault.

I contacted customer service every week and i got the same reply.

Till now my dishwasher is not worked. I being a valuable customer is really disappointed and frustrated still i want to
(1)Take the machine back and replace with new one
and if this is not possible
(2) Take the machine back and refund us money.
