[Resolved] Siemens Home India — non repair of dryer machine for past 4 months despite repeated complaints | |||
Despite multiple complaints and emails to siemens customer care, my complaint no. [protected] stands unresolved till date Name: arpna jain Complaint: siemens dryer model no: wt44c102in not working since past 4 months For the past 4 months, i have been making repeated complaints via emails to siemens india for repair of my dryer. The service team has come and tried to repair the dryer several times by sending several different mechanics / apprentices / or trainees and all have different versions of the machine on every visit since the last 4 months. The back office very conveniently sends mails on my follow up citing reasons of covid, in the last visit more than 15 days back, one mohammed naim got the part which was to be replaced but could not do the job as he said it’s a 2 person job and promised to come the next day. Then suddenly since the last 15 days no one has turned up and now the back office calls and gives an excuse that it’s coming from delhi or whatever. This is totally disgusting and most unprofessional, i have a number of times asked for the e mail id of siemens india head and world head and the office refuses to give them and it is not available on the net.
