[Resolved] Siemens Home India — Pathetic washing machine service | |||||
Called customer care no.[protected] on 15-jun-2017. Recv service request number: rs126990. Technician came from some 'irfan metro services', said it was the authorized agency. Also, showed me the complaint details given to them from siemens customer care. Technician said pcb is faulty and needed to be replaced for rs10, 000 and also needed acid wash. Hence would pick the machine next day. Entire 16-jun went by and he did not turn up and gave multiple excuses when i called his number ([protected]) Today (17-jun), when i call up siemens customer care[protected], the customer care executive is very rude. He started asking me this was second time i was calling and how many times will i call customer care? He kept my call on hold. I waited for more than a minute before disconnecting.
